Overview
Rydon Ball is a holiday bungalow at Ogwell Devon in a beautiful rural setting with country lanes and walks at your doorstep. The bungalow enjoys fantastic views across open countryside to Dartmoor from most rooms and the large patio area which is also a sun trap. The spacious bungalow has recently had a refurbishment (2024) including new flooring, sofas and two new bathrooms and equipped to a very high standard. It has also been specially adapted to be friendly to less mobile visitors with ramps, hand rails, wide doorways and an adapted shower room. Property has central heating throughout. Whilst enjoying a lovely peaceful setting the busy market town of Newton Abbot and seaside resorts of Teignmouth and Torbay plus the Dartmoor National Park are all easily reached close by car making Rydon Ball an ideal holiday retreat for all.

Living area: Has a three seater sofa, two chairs and a Smart TV. This room is modern, light and bright with a window patio doors overlooking the garden and french doors outside to the bench where you can enjoy a drink in the evening sunshine.
Kitchen: It has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, DAB Radio. There is a modern table with 4 chairs where you can dine and enjoy rural views.
Utility Room: Washer, dryer, freezer, back door to garden and washing line.
Sleeping
The main bedroom has a double bed with a new (2024) en suite with a combined rainfall shower, WC, Basin.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a bedside table and lamp.
Bathroom (new 2024) suitable for disabled: Shower with seat, hand rails, WC, Basin.
Outside
Private Parking space or up to 3 cars. Large enclosed grass garden and patio area with table and chairs and extensive views to the moors and countryside.
Notes - Specially adapted for the less mobile: Ramped Access, Shower with seat and Hand Rails. (warning in the property too)
