IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Please be advised that due to legal regulations we are required to register you with the foreign police and collect city tax upon your arrival. The city tax is CZK 50 per person per day. Children under 18 and people from Prague do not pay this fee.If you need a crib, please let us know in advance. The cost is 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day. We can accommodate your pets for an additional fee of 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.

The nearby Kaisle Gardens Park, Piazza Carolina, an abundance of restaurants, cafes and stores make for pleasant walks in the neighborhood. The apartment is all yours - 3 double bedrooms, living room, 1 full bathroom. There is an equipped kitchen with a large dining area, balcony.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment will be at your disposal so that you can feel completely alone.

We remind you that check-in is from 15.00, and check-out is until 10.00. Additional cleaning is available for an additional fee.

Please note car parking at the apartment is chargeable. The cost is 15€ per day. When the reservation is made, we need to know the first name, last name, year of birth and country of arrival of all guests. 50 kW EV charging station available right across the street. We are open to any kind of cooperation. This includes cooperation based on barter, subletting of your apartments (if you are the owner) and other types of advertising.
