Luxe vivant au coeur de la vieille ville à côté de l'ancien hôtel de ville et de l'horloge astronomique (voir la photo vue de la porte d'entrée).

Appartement entièrement rénové et entièrement équipé au 3ème (dernier) étage du bâtiment historique 'Melantrichova 20'. Sept grandes fenêtres illuminent l'espace de soleil. Salon spacieux avec un coin cuisine, une grande chambre principale, une chambre d'amis, chacune avec un lit king size et deux salles de bains luxueuses pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six adultes. Toutes les commodités, même pour les clients les plus exigeants, y compris Internet sans fil GRATUIT, des porte-serviettes chauffants, etc.

Profitez d'une vue enchanteresse sur les toits rouges et les arcades, les tours de la cathédrale de Tyn, vérifiez votre temps avec l'horloge de l'ancien hôtel de ville depuis la porte de l'appartement. L'appartement est au cœur de l'action, mais très calme, avec un grand nombre de restaurants, boutiques et magasins à proximité immédiate; 5 min. jusqu'au pont Charles, à 3 min. à la place Venceslas et à la station de métro, à 5 min de la vieille synagogue et du vieux cimetière juif; à quelques minutes (à pied) de tous les principaux théâtres, salles de concert, musées et divers divertissements. La rue à la mode de Parizska avec des magasins de marque de luxe est juste en face de la place de la vieille ville, à 2 min. une façon. Une salle de sport et une piscine bien équipées se trouvent à l'hôtel Intercontinental voisin (5 min). Le plus grand centre commercial du centre-ville Palladium avec des cinémas est à 5 minutes à pied, le marché de la rue Havelska à 2 minutes.

Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, mais c'est un petit prix à payer pour cet emplacement exceptionnel! Vous êtes littéralement à côté de l'horloge astronomique, de la vieille mairie et de la place de la vieille ville!

Perfect location for seeing lots of Prague's main highlights. The tram stop was close by so that made it easy to get to the Castle, Petrin Hill, and Strahov. The Mlejnice was right in the back alley and had great food. We discovered the alley exit that takes you to Hooters and easy access to the street market. Petr picked us up from the airport and explained the apartment to us and recommended places to eat. The hosts are great communicating. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Prague

Our family spent 4 wonderful nights in Prague at this charming apartment. The location was super convenient and remarkably quiet despite being in the heart of Old Town Square. It was well appointed and a comfortable place to relax in between our running around this exceptional city. Communication with the owners/manager was efficient and seemless. A big thumbs up!

Great apartment in a perfect location

Really nice, well appointed apartment with great views in a fantastic location just steps from Old Town Square in the heart of old Prague. The owners we're very easy to work with and accommodating regarding check in. I highly recommend this property. However, just know there are quite a few stairs, so be prepared.

Perfect Location in Old Town Square

This property was exactly as described. We would stay here again.It was very hot and the fans provided were not enough to keep us comfortable. The host should consider portable air conditioning units for the hot months.

Our Hosts were amazing! We were greeted upon our arrival and shown to the beautiful apartment! Then was shown everything we needed to know about the apartment. The location was perfect in the beautiful historical part of Old Town of Prague. The apartment was located on the 3rd floor(no elevator) but well worth it. The amenities in the apartment were incredible with lots of linens (towels, blankets, bedding) provided. Kitchen was well stocked with a utensils, pots & pans, glass ware, small appliances etc... There was a washer & dryer which came in really handy. Nice two full bathrooms. Being to close within walking distance to almost everything was a plus, such as the Old Town Christmas and the Old Town Clock was just around the corner. We were close to The Charles bridge and Wenceslas Square. We enjoyed the tours of a Historical Bunker, a Historical Walking/Pub Tour, Castle tour, and wandering the city. So much to do and see. We will definitely stay at this apartment in the future. Thank you!

The apartment is a modern and spacious space in an excellent part of town. We could (and did) walk everywhere. Dana and Monika communicated clearly and were helpful. Lots of info provided about the area in the apartment. Petr greeted us and showed us around. He also was available to provide us with a ride to the airport which made everything so easy.

Perfectly located, comfortable, clean, secure, quiet. There are a lot of stairs to the apartment, up 3 floors but our host helped us with our bags so it was perfectly fine. I would recommend this apartment to friends, it was great!

Wonderful location and apartment

We had 2 couples staying at this unit and everything was perfect. Location was amazing, just step out of the front door and you are in Old Town with the Astronomical clock in front of you. You can walk to all the highlights in Prague and also great restaurants just downstairs. We would highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

We would like to share this special place with you - it is truly in the most amazing location, with all the Prague’s biggest attractions and sights literally around you – just look outside the window or go downstairs. You are right in front of the Astronomical Clock on Old Town Square! We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!!

We love the history and the vibrancy of Prague and consider the variety and quality of cultural events unbeatable.The Old Town has a very special atmosphere; the apartment is in the middle of all the historical buildings and sights.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The best is being in the middle of all the historical sights...getting up in the morning and taking a walk on the Old Town square and surrounding streets while there is no one around...very special feeling and very different from the afternoon hours when there are lots of people in the area. In the evening, we love the views of the Tyn's Cathedral and St Havel's church, all lit up. It is so quiet in the apartment that it is hard to imagine that one is actually in the middle of the busiest tourist area. Quite fascinating... We tend to open up the door of the apartment to see the clock of the Old Town Hall Tower - especially when the lights in the corridor are off and one can only see the Tower with the clock coming out of the dark. It is amazing to be in a place that has so much sunlight, that is quiet and everything is literally within few steps (historical sights, great restaurants, shops, theaters etc.)
