Ceci est notre 9e année à court terme la location de cette app. Il est de loin notre appartement le plus populaire et préférée. Vous pouvez compter sur un traitement solide, professionnel et courtois.

Ce 4 piĂšces apt. est situĂ© Ă  seulement 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons du cƓur du centre historique de Prague - place de la vieille ville. PrivĂ©es et calme, il donne sur un jardin et d'arcade adjacente et loggia. Il est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des petites et silencieuses brumeuses rues tortueuses, de la vieille ville, ainsi que des pĂątĂ©s de maisons de boĂźtes de nuit les plus populaires et plusieurs des meilleurs restaurants de la ville.

L'appartement est entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et entiĂšrement meublĂ©. Une chambre a un lit king-size et la chambre principale dispose d'un lit super-king-size qui sĂ©pare 2 lits simples, plus une salle de sĂ©jour (avec canapĂ©-lit) et une cuisine. Le salon et la chambre principale se tournent vers le jardin, oĂč il est Ă©galement possible de s'asseoir et se dĂ©tendre ou manger. Un parking gratuit est situĂ© au coin de l'appartement. Le mĂ©tro est Ă  5 min. marche. Le quartier est trĂšs sĂ»r.

La maison remonte à l'époque gothique, et a des détails historiques et une magnifique balustrade fin de la Renaissance sculptés à la main dans l'entrée de l'immeuble. Lieux les plus populaires et les plus visités de la ville - Pont de l'Charle, place de la vieille ville, la grande rue Parizska et carrés Wencelslaus (quartier commerçant) sont tous à quelques minutes à pied.

L'apt. dort confortablement jusqu'à 2 couples, et il y a aussi de nombreux canapés-lits pour les enfants ou les invités.

Calme, confortable et emplacement idéal

Appartement cosy. De beaux volumes. Coin salon agréable. TrÚs bien équipé. A moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la place de la vielle ville et au coeur de l'ancien quartier juif. Cour retirée et calme. Possibilité de prise en charge de l'aéroport à l'appartement.

Absolutely superb! We loved our stay. Our host was exceptional - helpful at every point and to stay in such a beautiful part of the city in someone’s home was truly an honour and a blessing. The host has made their place somewhere you want to come back to. It was a pleasure to return to after a day of exploring, and it is so peaceful and whisper quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and was so tastefully furnished and wonderfully comfortable. I can’t recommend it more highly. I would love to return. Thank you so much

You can’t beat the location of this lovely apartment! A short walk from restaurants, pubs, and Old Town Square. The kitchen was well supplied with pans, pots and cooking utensils. Check out was easy! Communication was not a problem.

Amazing Place in A Great Location!

This is the most adorable place in a wonderful location--just a few minutes' walk from Old Town Square, and with tons of restaurants and markets in the immediate vicinity. The unit was very well-equipped and slept our group of 5 comfortably. It's in the interior of the building with an adorable courtyard (and friendly neighborhood kitty), which makes the unit very, very quiet. The management provided detailed instructions for getting into the unit and allowed us to drop off our bags prior to check-in time so that we could grab lunch and explore that first afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we're lucky enough to return to Prague!

Die Lage ist mega und man gelangt auch zu Fuß schnell hin. Die Abwicklung war an sich auch völlig problemlos, nur der SchlĂŒssel lag bei Ankunft noch nicht wie vereinbart bereit, da die Wohnung noch nicht fertig gereinigt war.Dies stellt fĂŒr uns aber kein Problem dar. Insgesamt war mir der Wohnung alles super. Wir waren zufrieden. Einen Stern Abzug haben wir wegen folgender Kritikpunkte dennoch vornehmen mĂŒssen:‱ die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig (wofĂŒr der Vermieter nichts kann)‱ das Bad hat leider kein Fenster, weshalb es hier immer etwas feucht war und etwas muffig roch (auch hierfĂŒr kann der Vermieter nichts)‱ Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr dunkel (kann der Vermieter ebenfalls nicht beeinflussen)Diese Punkte sind wichtig zu wissen, können jedoch vom Vermieter nicht geĂ€ndert oder verbessert werden. Daher trotzdem 4 sehr gute Punkte!Danke!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. A good many rental properties serve their purpose but don't offer much in terms of aesthetics. The Old Town Square apartment does both. The ceilings are high and vaulted, the furniture comfortable, the kitchen ready for anything. The location is excellent, with a mini-mart just around the corner and many cafes and restaurants to choose from. The entire old city is in easy walking distance. Check in was easy, and so was check out. When we had a question, it was quickly answered. Highly recommended.

Charm and Elegance in the Heart of Prague1

From the time you open the gate to the inner courtyard, you enter a magical location in the centre of Prague 1 and a 5 min walk to the Old Town Square. The area is full of great restaurants and pubs including the James Joyce Irish Pub right across the street. Yet the location of this old building in the middle of the courtyard shields all street noise. We sat out in the grassy garden surrounded by flowers and enjoyed a wine after a busy day exploring Prague. It was like an oasis. The apartment itself is actually far better than the photos do it justice in the listing. It is tastefully decorated and has very comfy couches to sit on in LR and even one in the kitchen! Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are super comfy in 2 large and high ceiling rooms. Large modern bathroom with 2 sinks and a beautiful large soaker tub and rainforest shower that was lovely. Combo washer/dryer was great to have. Dishwasher in kitchen. Apt stayed cool even though it was 25-30C while we were there for a 4 night stay. There is charm and elegance to these accommodations. We LOVED everything about this place and considered it the best one we had stayed in of 4 places we had rented while in Europe. Communication was terrific and almost instant. We used the pre-arranged taxi service from the train station and then to the airport and it is a set rate and reliable knowledgeable drivers and clean big vehicles that picked us up. Definitely use this service if you need a taxi!

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment! It is exactly as the pictures represent it. The tall ceilings, antiques, and chandeliers gave the apartment the feel of an earlier time, but with modern amenities.The garden was lovely, but with no real places to sit. This didn't bother us because we wanted to sightsee. We did walk through, though, admiring the beautiful peonies and other flowers in bloom. The apartment is perfectly situated and easy to walk almost everywhere. There are terrific restaurants and bakeries very near to the apartment - we enjoyed meals at The James Joyce (Irish pub), and Foodlab (terrific eggs, for a heartier breakfast than croissants), and the Bakeshop. Communication with Michaela was smooth from the beginning. We really appreciated the transfer she arranged from the airport for us. The check-in instructions were probably the best I've ever received. Michaela sent step-by-step instructions with photos, making it very easy to know what to do.There was a great binder with restaurant recommendations and directions to must-see spots in Prague - this was lovely to have! And there were lots of other guidebooks in the apartment for sightseeing ideas.The one thing that was missing was an extra blanket or two - the first night was chilly and it would have been nice to have some extra layers. I highly recommend this lovely apartment for its atmosphere, location, and great host communication. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
