Villa Chiara is a family run property situated in the small village Icici, suburb of one of the pearls of the Adriatic - Opatija. Surrounded by conifers, laurels and palm trees this house offers a wonderful view of the sea and the entire Kvarner Bay. The garden has a swimming pool, if necessary, with heated water, sunbeds and parasols, baldahinis, barbeque grill and our special big garden pavilion. Each guest has a parking space. Villa Chiara is an ideal place for adult families or for couples looking for relaxation and rest. Apartment Mascagni, 20m2 big, fits 2 people, located on the 2nd floor and has a double bed, LCD TV, wireless, safe, air conditioning and if needed, central heating. Mini kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, bathroom with shower and a terrace with a stunning sea view. Garden, swimming pool area, baldahinis, sunbeds, pavilion. The house has a private parking area. Upon your arrival we expect you personally and we will check in together. Your stay also includes our personally written travel guide which gives you access to best recommendations for beaches, sightseeing spots, attractions and restaurants + Opatija is a perfect midpoint from which you can visit various well-known places within an hour (all of Istria, Motovun, Rovinj, Pula, Porec, wineries, truffle areas, local restaurants, Plitvice waterfalls, island of Krk, Rijeka, etc).
