Vacation house facing the pool is one of the two beautiful residences that make up Tenuta Pietraviva, an exclusive country residence ideal for those who want sea, pool and pine forest. It is located in the area of Campomarino di Maruggio.
The 5-bed vacation home is complete with air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc.
Shared with another house are parking, swimming pool and solarium, outdoor shower and relaxation areas. Pets allowed.

The estate on which the vacation home stands is fully fenced. A driveway leads to the house, located on the pool side.
The interiors are divided into two mutually independent units.
They are new and modern, furnished in a contemporary yet characteristic
style, with elements of design and tradition in harmony with each
other.
The living area consists of living room with open kitchen , sofa, dining table and chairs. Next to it is 1 double bedroom and the shower room.
The second double bedroom with en suite bathroom is adjacent to the first unit, autonomous and independent from it. The fifth bed is 1 pouf bed that can be placed on request.
The shared swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas for solarium and a nice gazebo that provides shade for tables and armchairs.
The pine forest is available to all guests, a fragrant and cool place to relax on the hammock or swing on the swing.

Tenuta Pietraviva is
an estate with swimming pool located in the countryside, in the
locality of Ranca, just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of the Taranto
Ionian arch, Campomarino di Maruggio and the center of the small village of Maruggio. The nearest beach is Ayala Beach.
Maruggio
is a pretty town in the province of Taranto, situated in a valley at
the foot of the Murge Tarantine, rich in olive trees and vineyards. The
historic center dating back to the Middle Ages is listed among the "Most
Beautiful Villages in Italy."

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro  20 per person.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
