Welcome to our **lovely 1-bedroom apartment**! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay, please read and follow these house rules:

* **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed on the property.
* **No Children / Under 25s:** The property is for adults only. Guests under 25 must be approved by the host in advance.
* **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
* **Quiet Hours:** Please keep noise to a minimum between **8:00 pm and 8:00 am**. **No loud music** or disruptive behaviour.
* **Respect the Space:** Be considerate of the apartment and keep all areas tidy.

🧹 Tidiness

* **Leave the apartment reasonably tidy** to avoid extra cleaning charges.
* **Used towels** must be left in the bathroom; **clean towels** should be left on the bedroom chair.
* Use **bins for all rubbish** to help keep the apartment clean.
* **Keys:** Keys must be returned to the Key Nest Drop Off point on check-out and Car permit must be returned to Kitchen Drawer to avoid charges.
* **Adherence to Rules:** All house rules must be followed. Failure to comply may result in **deduction from the security deposit**.
* **Check-In / Check-Out:** Follow the agreed times and instructions.

📲 Online Check-In (Non-Airbnb Guests)

* All non-Airbnb guests are required to complete an **online check-in**, including **uploading ID** and providing a **security deposit** prior to arrival.
* **Check-in instructions will not be sent until this process has been completed.**
