Enjoy a cozy and modern stay in Valencia in this charming studio apartment, ideal for up to 3 guests. The space blends smart design with warm details, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your visit.
The studio includes a comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed, a compact kitchen area, and a modern bathroom with a shower, providing everything you need for a pleasant and convenient stay.
Included amenities:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Coffee machine, Nespresso.
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper: 1 unit
Distribution of places:
1. Main living area with a double bed for two guests.
2. Main living area with a sofa bed for one guests
The apartment also has a decibel detector, in line with community rules.
Due to its central location and the surrounding area you can hear noise during your stay.
Please note: the refrigerator is compact and smaller than a standard size.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
