On the nearest part of the beach is a cafe-restaurant, cocktail bar and water sports hire shop. Close by is a range of good restaurants and cafes and a park with exercise equipment.

The rear of the apartment looks towards the Montgo Mountains. With Denia town centre near by, a large port with ferries going to the Balearics, there are many activities available to guests, including golf, hiking, riding, cycling, etc. Restaurants close by are outstanding, ranging from a top Michelin starred one next door, to fantastic cafes. Visit any of the mountain top villages for a different type of experience, some of them are spectacular.

Denia is a fabulous place for a family holiday, as it is big enough to have some good night life, but still small enough to walk everywhere and not have lost its historic feeling, surrounding the castle on its rock. It has few high rise buildings and is where mainly the Spanish come for their beach-side holidays.
