With two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, the home comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or longer stays.

It features a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a dining table perfect for shared meals or working from home, and an eclectic collection of artwork that gives the space its lived-in, bohemian atmosphere. It’s an ideal spot to relax, socialise, or unwind after a day in the city.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner at home. As this is a real home, you’ll find it practical, well-stocked, and designed for regular use rather than short-term stays only.



The property includes two well-sized bedrooms, each comfortably furnished with quality mattresses, fresh linens, and storage space. Both rooms are quiet and designed for a restful night’s sleep.



The bathroom is clean, bright, and functional, featuring a bathtub with overhead shower — ideal for both quick mornings and slower evenings.



This is the owner’s personal residence, offering an authentic and welcoming London experience rather than a purpose-built Airbnb.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay.

Self check-in is available, allowing you to arrive at your convenience after the designated check-in time.

You’re close to a great mix of independent cafés, bakeries, pubs, and international restaurants, particularly along Green Lanes, one of London’s most vibrant food streets. Nearby green spaces provide a welcome escape, and the area feels creative, lived-in, and authentic rather than tourist-focused.

The home is well connected to the rest of London:



Turnpike Lane Underground Station (Piccadilly Line) is the closest station, offering direct access to King’s Cross, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and Heathrow Airport. You can be door to door with Soho and Covent Garden in less than 30 minutes.
