The place is as pictured, has comfortable beds and pillows and is conveniently located. Unfortunately there was not enough hot water for four adults to have a hot shower and on our last night and the next day we didn’t have any hot water at all.

The flat itself sits in a newer building but the area in which it sits we just didn't feel the safest in. Key collection was from a 24hr place many blocks over from the train line listed right next to the flat so we had to traverse a greater distance in this garbage/graffiti filled neighborhood where we don't feel safe The flat itself was very not cleaned at all. The blinds have something splashed across them and the counters had stuff on them. The bathroom just felt very dirty with how gross the tile was. They were very helpful when I messaged about how to turn the drying rack off but I felt all of that basic information could have been provided in a booklet. The flat got really hot with afternoon sun but the windows didn't open and there was no fans in the unit so it was very hard to breathe. It was nice they took a very last minute booking after a previous place fell through at the last minute but we definitely wouldn't say it was any of ours favorite place to stay.

We had a brilliant holiday, and the best part was the lovely accommodation. The location is fantastic—it’s within a secure complex, and there’s quick access to everywhere via the DLR (tram, etc.) right at the entrance. It’s very close to the Greenwich Cut and the Thames, with boat transport available via UberBoat; additionally, the No. 453 bus departs from the complex entrance (much more economical), running a direct route to Westminster, Oxford Street, Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus, operating 24 hours a day. The flat is ideal for 4 people, but there’s space for 6 if needed. It features a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and hot water. The fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, and two washing machines are all available, and the bathroom and toilet are excellent. There are enough kitchen utensils to cook meals at home. The building is absolutely secure; you collect your key from Keycafe and enter the flat. It’s that simple. We had a very enjoyable 11 days as a family. The Tesco Express and Co-op at the site entrance are open until late at night. Large supermarkets are within walking distance. As we were a bit extra tidy, the two of us swept and mopped the entrance – it took 15 minutes. A dishwasher would have been handy, perhaps. It’s a bit far from the city centre, but public transport solves the problem; air conditioning would have been nice in the heat (there were record-breaking hot days during our stay), though it’s not usually that hot in Muş!
