The Villa is an independent house up to 8 guests located in an unique location directly on the sea in front of the Gulf of Portoferraio. A large terrace overlooking the sea with table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas is the ideal for unforgettable outdoor holidays by the sea.
The Villa lies in the ‘Golfo delle Grotte’, with a suggestive view of Portoferraio and its Medici Fortresses and a few steps from the archaeological site of an ancient Roman villa.
From the nearby little beach, a jetty allows the mooring of small boats and a characteristic round wooden platform, directly over the water, with sun beds and umbrellas, are available for the guests of the villa.
The Villa is ideal for families, or a group of friends, who love the sea and the comfort and outdoor life during the holidays.
The lower level of the villa offers guests a large living room (with a sofa bed) and a dining area with sea view. From the living room and the dining area you reach the terrace through a large sliding window door. On the same level there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. 3 steps only are leading to an upper level where guests find a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds as well as an additional bathroom with shower.



Minimum stay: 7 nights Sat-Sat
Prices include: utilities (water, electricity, gas), bed and bath linens, final cleaning.
