Part of Sydney’s world-famous coastline, Coogee is often mentioned with Bondi and Manley as one of the best beaches around the city. Coogee’s laidback atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday spent hopping between the sandy Coogee Beach, shady ocean-facing parks and the waterfront restaurants. Coogee Bay Road is lined with boutiques, bars and restaurants, while the Bondi to Coogee Walk reveals other idyllic beaches and reserves.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

Cosy apartment within walking distance to the centre

A great and bright apartment super well located near the town centre. It certainly had all what is needed to make our stay enjoyable including a large sofa and armchair on balconies. Only a few minor items could be improved - eg replace individual detergent doses with containers, add a potato masher... Very convenient to have a carpark though the entrance is quite narrow. Note that communication with the property manager will not be via the vrbo app so this is quite confusing at first Highly recommended overall

The apartment is nicely designed and in a decent location but it was not taken care of. The floors, doors, kitchen countertops and switches were dirty. We bought cleaning supplies and took care of them ourselves. The shades are battery operated and not charged. We had to find chargers, step ladders and electrical cords to do it ourselves. The shower drain was not working and backed up into the basin. We had to clean and clear it ourselves. It was gross and we did not appreciate having to spend hours of our vacation taking care of issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived. MadeComfey did not do anything but apologize. We were there for a week, plenty of time to actually take care of the issues and/or reimburse us for our supplies and time.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Ruhige und trotzdem recht zentrale Lage in Coogee, wirklich sehr gute Ausstattung, WLAN etwas langsam, der Teppich war nicht gesaugt, eine Bettdecke war nur in Bettlaken eingeschlagen, trotzdem OK, da die Betten sehr bequem waren. Die Agentur hat auf Mails nicht geantwortet, war aber per Telefon erreichbar. Gerne wieder!
