Charming accommodation in a quiet residential area of the Savena district, well served by shops, supermarkets, and public transport. The area is green and quiet, ideal for those seeking relaxation without sacrificing convenience. The historic center of Bologna is easily reachable in a few minutes by bus or car. Perfect for both business and leisure stays.
The apartment, recently renovated and located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, is composed as follows: A large living room with a sofa, dining table, open kitchen, and balcony; two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and balcony and one with two single beds. Finally, a bathroom with shower completes the layout of the property.
