Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. To help speed up your check-in and ensure a secure experience, all guests are now required to complete a Guest ID verification with Yoti, a UK government-certified identity provider.

What you need to do:

You’ll receive an email with a secure link to complete your verification prior to your arrival. The process takes just a few minutes and involves:
