Situated in the cosy seaside suburb of Bloubergstrand in Cape Town, you
will find this thoughtfully furnished one-bedroom apartment comfortably
accommodating up to two guests.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by the open-plan
design of the property with an abundance of natural light streaming in
from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll
need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a front-loading
washing machine for added convenience.
The dining space features a round, glass dining table with seating for
two, while the living space is furnished with a couch, an ottoman
stool, and a TV cabinet with a mounted flat-screen television, creating
the perfect spot for entertaining. Sliding doors open to the balcony,
providing excellent views of your surroundings and lush greenery.
The bedroom is fitted with a comfy queen-size bed with a nightstand,
large windows, and more than enough wardrobe space. The bathroom is
equipped with a washbasin with vanity, a bathroom cabinet, a shower,
and a toilet. Fresh linen and towels are included with your stay.
Guests will enjoy access to a secure parking bay for the unit, as well
as four visitor bays outside the gate. This charming apartment is just
10 minutes away from the Bloubergstrand beachfront, making it easy to
enjoy the sand and sea. Bloubergstrand guarantees a fun-filled
staycation, as this sought-after destination offers something for
everyone. Whether you prefer relaxing activities like beachcombing or
exhilarating ones like kitesurfing, you will never be short of things
to do.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 219 Blaauwberg Road, Table View, Cape Town, 7439.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
