Upon reaching the floor, you enter a shared hallway with another apartment, which can be booked upon request to create a single property accommodating up to 10 guests.

The entrance leads to a fully equipped, modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, thoughtfully designed with a spacious dining zone for six and a cozy lounge featuring a refined sofa and coffee table.

All the bedrooms are accessible from the living room. The first bedroom is bright and inviting, furnished with a charming floral-themed wardrobe and opening onto a quaint balcony with a small table and two chairs. The second bedroom impresses with its generous size and elegant en-suite bathroom, continuing the floral motif of the cabinetry. A small hallway provides access to the bathroom, allowing it to be conveniently shared with the adjacent bedroom.

The third bedroom, mirroring the layout of the second, overlooks the picturesque Florentine buildings and also features a luxurious en-suite bathroom entirely clad in dark marble with striking exotic-themed details that harmonize with the room’s furnishings. From the entrance, via a private freight elevator, you will find the most striking feature of this apartment - the incredible 360° panoramic terrace overlooking all of Florence.

From here you can enjoy an incredible view of the Florentine monuments and the hills of Fiesole. Also, on the terrace level there is a small kitchenette, so you can enjoy an aperitif on the table and chairs set up for the space.
