The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an elegant historic building and there are 100 steps to reach it. An elevator is planned for installation in Summer 2026, with works scheduled between April 15th and the end of July. Please note update 25.03.2026: in particular, between April 20 and May 20 there may be noise and dust during the daytime. The rental rate has been thoughtfully set to reflect this potential inconvenience, offering excellent value for such an exclusive and centrally located property.

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible. We will be on hand to offer you the support needed to access and enjoy the rented property.
