Lovely holiday home with garden near water

The holiday home is located in the peaceful and charming Kramnitze, close to the dike and the sea. There are great opportunities for walking and cycling, as well as swimming from the bathing jetty by the beach access.



The house enjoys a perfect location on a quiet road, just 250 metres from the beach, where you will find a grocery store (self-service, open 24/7), a pizzeria (open in summer) and an ice cream kiosk (open in summer). Kramnitze also has a cosy old fishing harbour, now with a shelter site and a beach volleyball court.



The holiday home was fully renovated in 2026 and is perfect for families with children and guests with dogs. In the living room, there is a cosy alcove for reading and relaxing, as well as a lovely wood-burning stove that creates a true holiday-home atmosphere all year round. The house also offers ultra-fast fibre internet, Chromecast, Apple TV, PlayStation 4, and board games for cosy indoor moments.



The house has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people:

Bedroom 1: 120 cm three-quarter bed

Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed

Bedroom 3: 140 cm double bed, 90 cm single bed, and 90 cm bunk bed



Outside, you will find a large enclosed (wire fence) garden, ideal for children’s play and a safe space for the dog. The large terrace with a gas barbecue invites you to enjoy shared meals and long summer evenings.



The area offers beautiful nature, great walking routes in wildlife-rich surroundings, and the dike path for walking and running. If the beach is not enough for water lovers, Lalandia is only 6 km away along the dike, or take a trip to Knuthenborg Safari Park for animal-loving children.
