This charming 1 bedroom apartment (45 square meters) is Located in the 7th arrondissement, Rue de Bourgogne on the 6 th floor (with lift) of a 18th century building. It has a spectacular view on the Eiffel tower and the roofs of Paris.
Fully refurbished by architect, this apartment has great view of Paris and Its major monuments and supporters can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the capital. Located on the top floor the space is really quiet (the lift goes all the way up to the sixth floor). The apartment is a duplex with AC in the bedroom. It is the perfect place for a traveler Who want to stay in the best and MOST elegant "arrondissement" of the MOST beautiful city in the world. Walking distance from the Champs Elysees, Saint Germain, Montparnasse, Orsay Museum, Grand Palais and the Eiffel tower.
Guests can enjoy the historical heart of Paris with galleries, shops, pubs right on the street.

Great locations

Suited our requirements, comfortable, quiet, close to great restaurants and easy walking to attractions. Great view of the Eiffel Tower day or night, would recommend for couples.

Great neighborhood

Great apartment in a great location with an elevator. Views are awesome and apartment was quiet. Dom was a great host and went above and beyond to assist us.

Property was as described! Great communication from owner. Very good experience.

Loved the location and the clean, quaint and simple apartment. Close to everything and had everything we needed. We felt like we were Parisians for the week, not tourists. Enjoyed waking to the major sites every day and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle each night! Recommend!

My husband and I just spent a fabulous week at the most charming apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It was super clean with a very comfortable bed and we loved everything about it. Our host Dan met our every need. Wonderful!! We will definitely return!

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Location - amazing! Communication and cleanliness - best we've experienced. Wine, water, beer and apple juice in the fridge. Apartment - so "Parisian". View - the Eiffel Tower at night is unforgettable!

Beautiful View of the Eiffel Tower

Wonderful apartment that is perfectly situated for exploring all that Paris has to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower and the city is awesome! Communication with Dom was clear and easy. We were met by Julie who immediately made us feel welcome. Merci Beaucoup! Will stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Paris again.

Couldn't have stayed in a better place

The place is amazing. The listing pictures do not do the view justice. Great location triangulated between the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and the Latin Quarter. Could walk/bike just about everywhere, with the added bonus of a good number of cafes & grocery shops within a few minutes' walking distance. Only downside was that the place was little cramped with a lot of (in my opinion, unnecessary) furniture. We moved that out of the way once we got there and had an amazing time. The place is small and quaint and perfect for a newly-wed couple.

Charming left bank hideaway

The view cannot be beat! We loved our stay in this charming loft. Walking distance to the Musée D'Orsay and Ivalides. Lovely neighborhood spots to eat and drink. Dan was always in close communication if we needed something. We let him know we'd be arriving early on a Sunday and got into the apartment no problem. We didn't meet him but the concierge service he uses was also great. Julie was very attentive and nice, great communication as well. Wonderful place!

Charming

It was everything the add said ,Great view of the Eiffel tower, Loved cooking dinner watching it twinkle at night,It was convenient to everything,away from all the tourist in a quite neighborhood.It was clean and cute ,shower has good water pressure,. Owner was very attentive if we needed something we just emailed him and he got back with us quickly, We felt safe coming in late at night I don't know of a thing I would change about this apt. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

When you walk in, be prepared to say bonjour to the Eiffel Tour, because it’s right in front of you! Dan is an excellent host and even though we didn’t get to meet, he was super responsive on email or any other form of communication. Julie who greeted me was also super responsive and available for anything I could have needed. The elevator is tiny, but me and my luggage made it! The apartment is great for one or two people….the bed is very comfortable and bathroom and kitchen are stocked with everything a person needs. Thanks Dan for a wonderful stay!

Jaw Dropping View of the Eiffel Tower!

The photos in the VRBO listing did not due the view justice! Our jaws literally dropped when we the view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The place was spotless. Our host even left snacks and a bottle of wine for us! Flawless check-in, even though our French was very weak. Dan was highly responsive, and the neighborhood was convenient to Metro lines, shopping, and the local cafes were awesome! I highly, highly, highly recommend this listing!

Romantic First Visit to Paris

We enjoyed our first visit to Paris in this well appointed apartment with a romantic view of the Eiffel Tower. Julie greeted us and showed us around. We walked the city and over almost all the neighborhoods, and fell in love with Paris. The flat is perfect for a couple. It is serviced by a small elevator (typical in Paris), but we used the lovely stairway that got us to the penthouse apartment. (We took photos of this artistic staircase.). Highly recommend this apartment for both first timers and experienced Paris travelers. Merci! Emily and Fernando

Great location and view!

This property is small but has everything you will need for a stay! We did not need to improvise on anything--all was there for us in the apartment. We stayed 12 days and during that time the property manager even came and changed our sheets and towels. The property is in a very convenient location and we found several restaurants which we went to several times and of course the patisserie too. Probably one of the best things about the property is the fantastic view. We never got tired of looking out the windows at the Eiffel Tower. We found ourselves up many nights watching the lights until 1:00 am when the Tower went dark. For a few days or for a few weeks, we would highly recommend this property. If we return to Paris anytime soon, I would check to see if it was available.

Best View of Eiffel Tower!

This location was perfect for us - Pierre had stocked the little refrigerator with a couple bottles of water, a few tasteful beers, sodas and a nice bottle of white wine. The mini muffins on the counter were also a nice welcome The apartment is as in the online - no surprises! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing - and since it was a top floor apartment, the view of the rooftops added to the wonderful Parisian experience. The neighborhood is near the Assembl`ee Nationale, a very safe, clean location. The streets were well lit and people were casually strolling with their pets after dark. This location is also near the Seine River and the Louvre. The Bath/Shower worked great - the bathroom was clean and is a good size. The kitchen fit the space nicely on the first floor - it has a Nespresso that started our day with a nice cup of coffee! The dishwasher was easy to use - it worked well and was fairly quiet. The bedroom is upstairs - very comfortable bed! The bedding provided was a nice quality and was just right for the weather in late October, November. The bed is on a very nice sturdy pedestal with little lights that add to the ambiance of the room. The window in the bedroom also had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. The building has great security. Pierre was so pleasant, professional and responsive. Our host, Dom, made sure we had all the info we needed to navigate the area on day one. A HUGE THANK YOU to both Dom and Pierre, we will stay with you again!

Stay in a great neighborhood with a fantastic view

Our host Dan was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions. The apartment was stocked with all of our kitchen and bathroom supplies. The refrigerator was stocked with juice, soft drinks and 2 bottles of wine. The view was spectacular. We never grew tried of seeing the Eiffel Tower morning and night. The bed was very comfortable. Be advised there are stairs to the bedroom but the light switches are placed conveniently to illuminate them. We slept with the windows slightly opened and were comfortable every night. The bathroom was a nice size and had a closet to accommodate our clothes and 2 shelves for other items. This apartment is located on the 6th floor. There is a small elevator, we chose to take the beautiful curved staircase up and down except when taking our luggage up or down. We took Bus 69 everywhere. There are 2 stops at opposite ends of the street. The Metro stop is around the corner. You can walk to the Rue Clair area and the Eiffel Tower or take Bus 69. We ate breakfast at the cafe at the end of the street. We felt right at home at this property.

Wonderful Penthouse Apartment with Awesome Eiffel Tower View

This apartment was everything we hoped for and more. We were there 5 days but wish we could have stayed longer. We have stayed in Paris before but this apartment was the best ever. The view of the Eiffel Tower is spectacular!! It greets you in the morning for coffee and then lights up and sparkles at night while sipping wine. We watched sunsets and took in the dome at Les Invalides, the Eiffel tower, the buildings with pretty chimney tops, and the skyline of La Defense, all silhouetted against the orange pink sky. Even the upstairs bedroom has the view. The neighborhood is quiet but very artsy and close to most everything in Paris. Several good restaurants and a market are just down the street. Metro stop Varenne is two blocks away. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could need. Super comfortable bed upstairs, nice hot shower, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and even a washing machine and dishwasher, flat screen TV, air conditioning, Wow! the refrigerator was even stocked with beverages and other small items to get you started. What a treat to have an iced cold beer and bottle of rose wine waiting for you after a long flight. Dan was super responsive and helped with everything about the apartment from reserving, instructions on how things work, recommendations for restaurants etc. including a map and finally arranging for an early morning taxi to CDG. Robin welcomed us to the apartment and gave us great information about the apartment and neighborhood.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

My wife and I returned last week after spending ten days in Dan’s apartment. From the very first internet contact, to Robin’s introduction to the workings of the flat, to our final day in Paris, all arrangements were smoothly and easily made. The apartment itself is small, but well designed, comfortable and very secure. The angled bedroom ceiling was a bit of a challenge, but we slept very well on the confortable bed. The air-conditioned bedroom was wonderful after spending many hours walking in pretty warm weather. The bathroom is modern, and the shower had an endless supply of hot water. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and accessories, and the drinks and snacks in the refrigerator when we first arrived were greatly appreciated. We actually spent more time in the apartment than we had anticipated as, on most days, we had our big meal in various restaurants at lunchtime and then ate a lighter dinner in the evening as we relaxed. We had some familiarity with the area as we had stayed in the 7th Arrondissement on a previous vacation, but we checked Google maps each morning to see how to get to various locations and what form of public transportation was best for longer excursions. The location (and view of the Eiffel Tower) is great, and the apartment is a short walking distance to several metro and bus stops; we had no problem easily getting around town. The one negative had nothing to do with the apartment, but the fact that so many restaurants and shops were closed in August, particularly on our street. That said, we had a very restful, stress-free and enjoyable vacation with Dan’s apartment as our home base.

Confortable, propre situé dans un quartier tranquille et la vue sur la Dame de fer..... Très bonne accueil. Petit choc l'ascenseur et la douche, vue mes rondeurs et mon âge 70+ mais cela fait partie de l'aventure on s'adapte. Sur ma liste a revenir.

Perfect place/location for two!

We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The Eiffel Tower is framed beautifully from the windows. Watching it sparkle every night was a dream! The amenities made staying here for a week easy and we were a short walking distance to several metro and bus stops. There was also an elevator for us tired tourists. Dom was a wonderful host and was very communicative before and during our stay! We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

View was fantastic

Loved that we could see the Eiffel Tower from living room,this was very cozy. The lift was so useful I would not want to walk up the stairs with all my luggage, it was so cute! Location was perfect and surprisingly quiet. Love it! Thanks so much!
