Very clean top-floor apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Great neighborhood and a quick walk into St. Germain. Host communication was flawless. We were greeted upon arrival and received great instructions on accessing the apartment and amenities were pointed out nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Paris just for fun

The apartment was just as described with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. It is a great location close to the tower, the river and several other attractions. We walked the area day and night. It is a very safe area. We loved it!

Best View of Eiffel Tower!

This location was perfect for us - Pierre had stocked the little refrigerator with a couple bottles of water, a few tasteful beers, sodas and a nice bottle of white wine. The mini muffins on the counter were also a nice welcome The apartment is as in the online - no surprises! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing - and since it was a top floor apartment, the view of the rooftops added to the wonderful Parisian experience. The neighborhood is near the Assembl`ee Nationale, a very safe, clean location. The streets were well lit and people were casually strolling with their pets after dark. This location is also near the Seine River and the Louvre. The Bath/Shower worked great - the bathroom was clean and is a good size. The kitchen fit the space nicely on the first floor - it has a Nespresso that started our day with a nice cup of coffee! The dishwasher was easy to use - it worked well and was fairly quiet. The bedroom is upstairs - very comfortable bed! The bedding provided was a nice quality and was just right for the weather in late October, November. The bed is on a very nice sturdy pedestal with little lights that add to the ambiance of the room. The window in the bedroom also had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. The building has great security. Pierre was so pleasant, professional and responsive. Our host, Dom, made sure we had all the info we needed to navigate the area on day one. A HUGE THANK YOU to both Dom and Pierre, we will stay with you again!

Great locations

Suited our requirements, comfortable, quiet, close to great restaurants and easy walking to attractions. Great view of the Eiffel Tower day or night, would recommend for couples.

Perfect!

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Location - amazing! Communication and cleanliness - best we've experienced. Wine, water, beer and apple juice in the fridge. Apartment - so "Parisian". View - the Eiffel Tower at night is unforgettable!

Perfect place/location for two!

We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The Eiffel Tower is framed beautifully from the windows. Watching it sparkle every night was a dream! The amenities made staying here for a week easy and we were a short walking distance to several metro and bus stops. There was also an elevator for us tired tourists. Dom was a wonderful host and was very communicative before and during our stay! We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Beautiful View of the Eiffel Tower

Wonderful apartment that is perfectly situated for exploring all that Paris has to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower and the city is awesome! Communication with Dom was clear and easy. We were met by Julie who immediately made us feel welcome. Merci Beaucoup! Will stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Paris again.

View was fantastic

Loved that we could see the Eiffel Tower from living room,this was very cozy. The lift was so useful I would not want to walk up the stairs with all my luggage, it was so cute! Location was perfect and surprisingly quiet. Love it! Thanks so much!

Couldn't have stayed in a better place

The place is amazing. The listing pictures do not do the view justice. Great location triangulated between the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and the Latin Quarter. Could walk/bike just about everywhere, with the added bonus of a good number of cafes & grocery shops within a few minutes' walking distance. Only downside was that the place was little cramped with a lot of (in my opinion, unnecessary) furniture. We moved that out of the way once we got there and had an amazing time. The place is small and quaint and perfect for a newly-wed couple.

Romantic First Visit to Paris

We enjoyed our first visit to Paris in this well appointed apartment with a romantic view of the Eiffel Tower. Julie greeted us and showed us around. We walked the city and over almost all the neighborhoods, and fell in love with Paris. The flat is perfect for a couple. It is serviced by a small elevator (typical in Paris), but we used the lovely stairway that got us to the penthouse apartment. (We took photos of this artistic staircase.). Jaw Dropping View of the Eiffel Tower!

The photos in the VRBO listing did not due the view justice! Our jaws literally dropped when we the view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The place was spotless. Our host even left snacks and a bottle of wine for us! Flawless check-in, even though our French was very weak. Dan was highly responsive, and the neighborhood was convenient to Metro lines, shopping, and the local cafes were awesome! I highly, highly, highly recommend this listing!

Charming left bank hideaway

The view cannot be beat! We loved our stay in this charming loft. Walking distance to the Musée D'Orsay and Ivalides. Lovely neighborhood spots to eat and drink. Dan was always in close communication if we needed something. We let him know we'd be arriving early on a Sunday and got into the apartment no problem. We didn't meet him but the concierge service he uses was also great. Julie was very attentive and nice, great communication as well. Wonderful place!

Made Paris a home for me

It was homey yet modern chic and private yet looking out at much of Paris. I would love to come back and think of having again a friend or 2 over for drinks. It sports privacy, as well as, togetherness. It is quiet and lovely. Even as you enter the building, the gate opens by itself and you enter the Paris that hides behind its beautiful facades. Je reviendrai!!

Excellent location

When you walk in, be prepared to say bonjour to the Eiffel Tour, because it’s right in front of you! Dan is an excellent host and even though we didn’t get to meet, he was super responsive on email or any other form of communication. Julie who greeted me was also super responsive and available for anything I could have needed. The elevator is tiny, but me and my luggage made it! The apartment is great for one or two people….the bed is very comfortable and bathroom and kitchen are stocked with everything a person needs. Thanks Dan for a wonderful stay!

A great retreat

Exactly as described and shown. Amazing view. Felt like we lived there if only for a week. Elevator, though slim worked perfectly. Delicious bakery just down the street. Was everything we were looking for.

Stunning view & great neighborhood!

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the windows are pretty stunning, day or night! Cute flat with vintage knick knacks everywhere and most everything you need packed into the Parisian compact flat. Quiet neighborhood but also lively, felt more like a real Pariisan resident experience. Easy to walk to many attractions and access public transport or have a taxi/uber pick you up. And while the lift is tiny, I am so grateful there is one! Thank you Dan!

The two of us were happy with our 8 night stay in Dan’s apartment. We appreciated that he was able to accommodate us with an early check in time and with Robin’s initial greeting and orientation. The helpful lists and suggestions were also a nice touch. The location of the apartment is extremely convenient to many of Paris’s must see sights and the nighttime Eiffel Tower view is stunning. Groceries are readily available from gourmet to normal. There are several higher end restaurants nearby but, we did not travel with appropriate attire. Other than a creperie across the street we would suggest affordable good restaurants begin with a 15 minute walk. This is the 7th arr. and is priced accordingly. The delightfully furnished apartment worked well for 2 people. All appliances functioned and cooking utensils were adequate. Although small, the building elevator accommodates 2 people and a few parcels if you’re not up for 6 flights of stairs. We would stay there again in the future.
