Adorable apartment in a great location. Lots of shops, bars and good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night, is fabulous. Communication with Dom was easy and he was always very responsive and helpful.

Check in was very smooth. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Everything you could need was provided. The kitchen was stocked well and the bedroom was quite comfortable. The view from this apartment is a huge bonus!There are shops & cafes close by and much to see within walking distance.I hope to stay here again next time.

If you haven’t booked this apartment yet, you’re missing out! We absolutely loved staying here. The neighborhood was one of our favorite parts of the experience—it felt authentic and residential, allowing us to enjoy Paris like locals rather than being surrounded by tourist crowds.The views of the Eiffel Tower from the windows were simply breathtaking, both day and night. The cozy loft bedroom was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The apartment was the perfect size for two people and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.Our host, Dom, was incredibly responsive and provided fantastic restaurant recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. Pierre, the caretaker, was equally kind, welcoming, and helpful.This apartment exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I visited for our 29th wedding anniversary and she had three "bucket list" items - see the Eiffel Tower, see the Mona Lisa, and eat at Le Grand Colbert. Dom's place was perfectly located to do all of those with no car required. We are walkers, and we found everything that we wanted to do to be within walking distance.There were markets, bakeries, and cafe's everywhere, and we went to as many as we could.Dom's communication was excellent. He provided check-in details well in advance, and Pierre met us and helped us get familiar with everything. (The lift is small, but plenty big enough to load luggage and send to the top floor.)We were in Paris the last week of September, before the unrest of mid-October, and we have never felt safer. I joked that everything in Paris happens later than in the States. We were eating lunch at 2 or 3pm, and dinner closer to 9pm. So, we were often on the streets as late as 11pm or midnight.We found Dom's flat to be very comfortable but, admittedly, it would not work if one had mobility challenges. Everything we needed was there - a small fridge, microwave, electric kettle, air conditioner units in the bedroom and main floor, coffee maker, coffee pods, seasonings, etc.We did take Uber to and from CDG airport. It took about an hour each way, so keep that in mind.We cannot wait to return, and we will definitely be reaching out to Dom!

Very clean top-floor apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Great neighborhood and a quick walk into St. Germain. Host communication was flawless. We were greeted upon arrival and received great instructions on accessing the apartment and amenities were pointed out nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Paris just for fun

The apartment was just as described with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. It is a great location close to the tower, the river and several other attractions. We walked the area day and night. It is a very safe area. We loved it!

April in Paris

Perfect apartment, great location and amazing view. My husband and I stayed for a week and couldn’t be happier. Dan was very helpful with everything. Highly recommend this charming apartment.

View was fantastic

Loved that we could see the Eiffel Tower from living room,this was very cozy. The lift was so useful I would not want to walk up the stairs with all my luggage, it was so cute! Location was perfect and surprisingly quiet. Love it! Thanks so much!

Perfect place/location for two!

We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The Eiffel Tower is framed beautifully from the windows. Watching it sparkle every night was a dream! The amenities made staying here for a week easy and we were a short walking distance to several metro and bus stops. There was also an elevator for us tired tourists. Dom was a wonderful host and was very communicative before and during our stay! We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Location - amazing! Communication and cleanliness - best we've experienced. Wine, water, beer and apple juice in the fridge. Apartment - so "Parisian". View - the Eiffel Tower at night is unforgettable!

Beautiful View of the Eiffel Tower

Wonderful apartment that is perfectly situated for exploring all that Paris has to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower and the city is awesome! Communication with Dom was clear and easy. Made Paris a home for me

It was homey yet modern chic and private yet looking out at much of Paris. I would love to come back and think of having again a friend or 2 over for drinks. It sports privacy, as well as, togetherness. It is quiet and lovely. Even as you enter the building, the gate opens by itself and you enter the Paris that hides behind its beautiful facades. Je reviendrai!!

It was everything the add said ,Great view of the Eiffel tower, Loved cooking dinner watching it twinkle at night,It was convenient to everything,away from all the tourist in a quite neighborhood.It was clean and cute ,shower has good water pressure,. Owner was very attentive if we needed something we just emailed him and he got back with us quickly, We felt safe coming in late at night I don't know of a thing I would change about this apt. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming left bank hideaway

The view cannot be beat! We loved our stay in this charming loft. Walking distance to the Musée D'Orsay and Ivalides. Lovely neighborhood spots to eat and drink. Dan was always in close communication if we needed something. We let him know we'd be arriving early on a Sunday and got into the apartment no problem. We didn't meet him but the concierge service he uses was also great. Julie was very attentive and nice, great communication as well. Wonderful place!
