I cannot say enough about how great our stay was…from booking to check out was smooth!The property was exactly as listed and our host, Diane was always easy to contact/responded quickly…there was not a thing she did not have for us including-coffee/creamer/coffee syrups/tea, which made our start to the day wonderful. Comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, all shower essentials…great location-walk to all restaurants in town-easy 15 minute uber to venue and 30 minutes from airport! Highly recommend and will def stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The place was spotless — very clean and clearly well maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, which made getting around super easy. The host had great communication throughout the entire process — friendly, responsive, and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

We had a great visit to the Denver area to watch the Baltimore Orioles take on the Rockies and to sightsee. The house is in a great location with lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The Denver light rail is also a short walk from the house. The house is brand new and very clean. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Would love to return!

Wonderful very well equipped home. Thoughtful touches throughout~ truly has all you could ever want. The beds were so comfy that I’m now planning on buying the same model so I can sleep that well at home. Julie is above and beyond helpful, responsive and kind! It was so nice to spend quality time with family at this beautiful home! I can’t wait to stay there again!

Brandon’s communication was great. He provided way more than expected for my 10 month old. The house was clean and nicely renovated. I would stay at another property of Brandon’s. I even left something and he messaged right away pickup arrangements.

This is a lovely townhome in the heart of Old Town Arvada. It is very well furnished, very roomy with lots of windows to let in the light and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your meals at home. Everything was very clean when I moved in. Having a two car garage is a plus. The host Laurie is very responsive to questions, friendly and easy to work with. This townhome is in a quiet neighborhood yet just a couple of blocks from Old Town Arvada. It is easy walking distance to great restaurants, little specialty shops, a movie theater and the light rail station. Overall it was a nice experience staying here.
