EN IDEAL SPOT PÅ EN IDEAL STRAND. Casita ligger direkt vid stranden av Tamarindo Beach. Det är en studio med 1 king size-säng eller 2 tvillingar, 1 badrum och 2 sovplatser.

Casita Del Mar är en separat privat enhet uppbyggd i träden för att njuta av havsutsikten och de svala havbrisen och ger maximal integritet. Casita ligger på den södra änden av Tamarindo-stranden, mitt emellan Tamarindo och Langosta, en idealisk gömställe. Casita ligger i en tropisk trädgård i ett lugnt, avskilt område mittemot Isla del Capitan och tre dörrar norr om Hotel Capitan Suizo, ett av de främsta hotellen i Costa Rica.

Men bara några steg till den vita sandstranden på Tamarindo Beach sätter dig på det bästa stället för att sola, surfa, bada, kajakpaddla till Isla del Capitan eller promenera till månskenet efter middagen. Gå två minuter till Hotel Capitan Suizo och dess restaurang i världsklass eller gå tio minuter till hjärtat av Tamarindo för affärer, restauranger och nattliv. My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Casita Del Mar! From the moment we arrived, Roger and Pat made us feel so welcomed and right at home. The space was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy, and our favorite part was that it was right on the beach! We loved spending our time relaxing on the porch, watching all of the wildlife (including monkeys and squirrels!), and listening to the birds and ocean waves. It was truly the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the area. Roger and Pat were so kind and helpful, giving us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do nearby. We had a minor issue with the WiFi during our stay, and they were incredibly responsive and quick to get it resolved for us. We are so grateful for our stay and can’t wait to come back to Casita Del Mar again. Thank you, Roger and Pat, for making our trip so special!

Not only was this the best vacation we’ve ever had but our accommodations were absolutely perfect for us. The staff who checked us in and those who clean the property & rental as well as our driver were all excellent. William was our property manager and he was incredibly responsive to any of our questions/ needs. This was at the quiet end of Tamarindo beach with a giant tree off our incredible deck. This tree was host to squirrels, iguanas, at one point 12-15 monkeys lounging & playing…it was our own private small zoo. We even had a quick visit with a raccoon. It was just fun to observe and enjoy. From the bottom of our stairs, we were 70 steps from the beach. Also, the host has several beach chairs, boogie boards, etc which is always a bonus and not always included by some renters. This was greatly appreciated. This was a very private property and was maybe a 10-15 walk from some of our favorite restaurants & cafes. This experience will be hard to top and already has us wanting to come back sooner than later. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our 30 wedding anniversary. It was honestly perfect! Thank you for helping make this trip incredibly memorable for us!

Roger and Pat are awesome. The place is very clean. We liked the fluffy towels and we were able to get our laundry done. Its centrally located--close to beach, markets, restaurants. They had chairs, a cooler and boogie boards available. Pat and Roger thought of everything. They even let me use their printer. Very few places deserve a 10. They deserve a 10.

The whole property was well maintained. The room and kitchen were spotless. The balcony provided an excellent hang out spot to watch monkeys and birds eat the fruit. The beach in the backyard was the chefs kiss to the whole experience. Would recommend.

When I think back on my week in Tamarindo, my stay at Casita del Mar tops the list of memorable experiences. The property is beautifully maintained, and just a few steps from the beach. Pat and Roger have mastered the art of hospitality. They are genuinely warm and welcoming without ever being intrusive, always responsive when I had a question while giving me the space to simply enjoy my vacation.The casita was exactly as described and absolutely spotless. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the hot water never failed. Everything simply worked, allowing me to relax completely.As an older solo Black woman traveler, safety and comfort are essential. Casita del Mar provided both effortlessly. I was completely at ease walking to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, all just minutes away. Breakfast at Sofia's across the street is a must, and dinner up the street at Capitan Suizo is wonderful with amazing prices. Even the one evening celebration at Sofia's added to the neighborhood's charm, and the howler monkeys' enthusiastic introductions made for an unforgettable Costa Rican memory.For one wonderful week, Casita del Mar became home. I arrived needing rest and returned home restored, and ready to step back into my life.I wholeheartedly recommend Casita del Mar to anyone visiting Tamarindo and would happily stay there again. Thank you, Pat and Roger, for creating not just exceptional accommodations, but a true sense of home.

We loved our stay at Casita Del Mar. The location was fantastic, right on the quiet end of Tamarindo Beach. You could surf right outside our door. Casita had everything we needed and it was cleaned every three days by Kathy, who did an excellent job.

Cosy and great location!

Perfect location

On the quiet end of a lovely beach, yet a short walk to lots of good restaurants, including a wonderful bakery,coffee shop right across the road with an interesting and delicious menu.

Great location for this efficiency. Located steps from the beach & walking distance to restaurants & the business district of Tamarindo. Excellent communication with property manager before & during our stay. Everything is as advertised.

Cozy, clean property with excellent location. Beach is outside the rear property gate. Easy walking distance to town center, grocery store. Would definitely book again.

Awesome Location

We stayed in Casita Del Mar for 10 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is perfect for viewing wildlife, hanging on the beach, and an easy short walk into town to enjoy all the great restaurants. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Perfect place on the beach

Great and quiet spot, on the beach, walk to town, has it all. It couldn't be more perfect for a couple of days in Tamarindo. Bonus for the bakery/restaurant just across the street.

Great spot

Perfect location and great spot for a couple - literally steps to beach and super convenient into town as well. Air conditioner worked great and had everything we needed to enjoy Tamarindo.

We have owned the property for 33 years and William, our manager, has been a property manager for over 25 years in Tamarindo so not only will he meet you to check you in when you arrive, help arrange most any activity during your stay.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We selected this property because it is directly on the best part of Tamarindo's great beach and close to the center of town, about a 15 minute walk to the circle. It's great because about 50 steps and you are on the sand and soon your are swimming, surfing, boogie boarding (furnished boards) or just enjoying the beach in one of our beach chairs. Also the lot is large enough for a flower garden and a mango tree where the monkey's hang out during the mango season.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property is completely walled in with off street parking, you really do not need a car. The Casita had a great patio with lounge chairs, table and chairs for your dining pleasure, all with a white water view and a big plus is great monkey viewing during mango season, Feb. March and into April, the patio is built close to the mango tree allowing monkeys roof access and sometimes walk on patio railings.
