EN IDEAL SPOT PÅ EN IDEAL STRAND! Casa Del Mar sitter direkt på TAMARINDO STRAND med ett stort vardagsrum som öppnar sig till de svala havbrisen. Hemmet har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum - 4 bäddar.

Otrolig 2 sovrum - 2 bad: Varje sovrum har en TV och luftkonditionering liksom TV-COMPUTER-rummet. Fullt kök öppen planlösning med vardagsrum / kök, vetter mot privat havsutsikt uteplats. Njut av utomhusduschen när du kommer in från stranden. Det finns CABLE TV-FIBER OPTIC Wi-Fi och städservice. BBQ. Säker privat parkering utanför gatan.

Beläget i en muromgärdad tropisk trädgård, lugnt kvarter mitt mellan Langosta och Tamarindo med 10 minuters promenad till stan för restauranger, butiker och nattliv. Avskilt kvarter mittemot Isla Capitan och tre dörrar norr om Hotel Capitan Suizo, ett premiärhotell.

Njut av dagar med bad, surfing, boogie boarding, läsning, kajakpaddling, avkoppling på uteplatsen, schemalägg en massage, månljuspromenader på stranden. Se aporna flytta genom mandelträd. Strandstolar och boogiesvin finns tillgängliga.

Excellent location and property

This is an excellent house on the south side of Tamarindo Beach. Surfing is great and less crowded than in the north part of the beach. The house has everything you need and the customer service was fantastic.

This is a very comfortable two bedroom two bath beachfront property that is a great value. Easy walk to the beach front restaurants and bars. The property owner has a great manager to answer your questions and guide you in the right directions.

We enjoyed everything about it

The location was ideal. We swam in the ocean every day, swam out to the island several times, walked along the beach to get to restaurants and coffee in town, and even caught a few waves right in front of the house. The house itself was the perfect size for my family of four, and more than once the teens declared how much they loved being in this place rather than a hotel in the middle of town.

Loved it - Right on the beach

Super location. It is plenty big for 4 people, had everything we needed and one of the few houses really right on the beach. Just out the back gate is a lawn area under trees and the beach is right there. Owner and caretaker were great communicators and very helpful. Even had beach chairs and boogie boards to use. We loved it. One note- it has a twin tub washer so you need to know how to use one. Also, be aware there are a few mosquitos and sand fleas in the area.

Not Long Enough

Casa Del Mar was perfect! Great location on the beach, lovely home, good amenities, great property manager and exceptional overall place when looking to stay in Tamarindo. Close enough to everything you want, yet far enough away to have some peacefulness! Thanks for letting us enjoy Tamarindo while staying at your place!

Great stay at Casa Del Mar

Roger is a wonderful host. And Willy (and his team) is a superb property manager. Location is stone cold perfect. Every evening on the beach. Walking. Relaxing. Marveling. Watching sun set. Tamarindo captures the Coasta Rican spirit of Pura Vida. New restaurant across the street from casa (Sofia) is excellent. There have an amazing bakery too. Highly recommend Casa Del Mar.

Outstanding location and service

As good as the beachfront location was, the overall service was even better. From the ease of the airport pick up to collecting items on our shopping list was outstanding. We also needed an ice chest on spur of the moment for the fish we caught and Willy was able to get us one. Everyone was extremely impressed with the entire experience of this stay! 10 out of a 10.

Best location ever!

Location, location, location - literally steps to the Pacific! Nothing like waking up and looking out to the ocean and sitting back and listening to the sound of the waves from the residence. It's also very central to food and shopping - literally in the center of everything, without feeling crowded. Many amenities, and the resources provided by the owner (chairs/paddleboards etc) facilitated an enjoyable stay. Both owner and manager were extremely communicative and provided helpful recommendations.

Great Tamarindo Beach House

The house was accurately portrayed in the pictures . The beach is directly in front of the house and it is a great walking and swimming beach . The security at the property is top notch . Tamarindo is a great beach town with great restaurants and shops . Friendly people are all along the beach and city . William met us at the scheduled time and quickly took care of a plumbing problem . We would go back .

Family Time in Tamarindo

Exceptional! Directly on the beach for the surf aficionados and located on the quieter, southern sector of Tamarindo. The rental is spacious (two bathrooms with showers, two sizeable bedrooms with comfortable linen, a sprawling sitting area offering views onto the ocean for great sunset views) and includes everything you may desire for a lengthy comfortable stay (kitchens is fully stocked, a BBQ available, patio furniture abundant, body boards a plus, etc.). It was a joy to hear and see the howling monkeys up close, feasting on the fruit of the mango tree in the courtyard! A huge thank you to William, Kathy, Santos, and Luis for making our stay in Tamarindo a memorable one. We would definitely stay here again. Pura vida!

Great location on the beach near town

Spent a week here surfing, our first Costa Rica trip. Roger, William and the team were great and helpful getting us oriented and always available for questions and help. House very comfortable, clean, well equipped and i was able to work from the office with good internet. Amazing location right on the beach, good surf break right out the back gate. Walked to both Playa Langosta and Playa Grande for variety. Nearby grocery and all the shops and restaurants of Tamarindo, all walkable. Can't really think of a negative. Highly recommended.

Fantastic

The house is just as advertised. Everything looks and works as described. The kitchen is well equipped, we like to cook. We bought fresh fish from a guy down the beach. Town and restaurants, shops etc. are just a short walk away. We made good use of the boogie boards. The surfing in front of the house is good for beginners and more advanced surfers will enjoy larger waves on the north end of the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we ever stayed in the same town more than once. (we don't)

We have owned the property for 33 years and William, our manager, so has been a property manager in Tamarindo for over 25 years, not only does he meet you at the property when you check in, he also is available to book most any activity for you during your stay.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our property sits about 50 steps from the sand and is only a 15 minute walk to the center of Tamarindo. The waves are a nice size as many of the surf schools hold classes right in front of the property.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our property is completely walled in with off street parking, although you do not a car since most everything is within walking distance. The property has a nice flower garden and great mango tree where the monkeys hang out during the mango season, Feb. and Mar. The front patio doors, when open, allow the ocean breeze to flow through out the house with its raised ceiling. The front patio has chase lounge chairs and table and chairs all with white water view.
