Really unique property close to all the venues you’d want to seeThe two restaurants outside the door were convenient as well but would not recommend them for authenticity, just convenienceThe stairs were extremely steep though. I know it’s mentioned but I didn’t expect the narrowness of the lack of a landing outside the door to allow for it to swing open while carrying suitcases. Plus the attic bedroom has another set of stairs

Ciao Thank you so much for your five-star review! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the apartment’s unique character and convenient location for exploring Venice. We appreciate your honest feedback about the stairs and understand that navigating them with suitcases can be challenging. Your comments are helpful in giving future guests a clearer picture of the layout. We’d also be happy to recommend some lovely local restaurants for a more authentic Venetian dining experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back! Warm regards, Domus Ducale
