This reverse-level home has a first-floor, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, four ground-floor bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite, a double, a twin, and a family room, and a ground-floor shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment, four Smart TVs and a full-sized pool table. Outside there is a decked area with furniture and hot tub, a raised decked area with furniture, a sun terrace with furniture and a three-hole putting green, and a private driveway for three cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and two stairgates. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.9 miles. Head to South Devon at 12 Beachdown. Note: There are steps in the garden; please take care. Note: Guests have access to the neighbouring holiday park and its facilities. Note: Outdoor shower for guest use after beach. Challaborough is a small village within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just one mile from the secluded beach and stunning cliffs of Bigbury Bay.
