Outside there is a side garden with lawned area, and a shared driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.2 miles, a pub in 1.4 miles and River Yeo in 0.1 miles. Priory House Cottage is a charming base for a romantic break to Devon. Note: There is a step up into the property. In addition to two fantastic sandy beaches that are well-liked by children and surfers, Barnstaple is a bustling historic coastal town in Devon with a pannier market, shops, restaurants, and bars. The town is well known for its floral displays and has won a Britain in Bloom award; you may see flowers across the town, even in the most unexpected places. The picturesque Tarka line railway excursion, which passes through the breath-taking North Devon landscape of wooded river valleys, steep moorland, and a section of coastline, ends in Barnstaple.
