Colibri Apartment is a well-appointed 54 sqm apartment on the 1st floor of a residential building in Bucharest's prestigious Sector 1 — one of the city's most desirable and central locations. Compact, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, it sleeps 2 guests and is an excellent base for exploring Bucharest's historic centre, cultural landmarks and vibrant dining scene.
Bedroom
Private bedroom with a queen size bed, cotton linens and blackout curtains. A private balcony is accessible from the bedroom, furnished with a table and 2 chairs — a quiet outdoor space in the middle of the city.
Living Room and Kitchen
Open-plan living and kitchen area with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with cable and streaming, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and extractor hood. Cookware, glassware and utensils all provided. No dishwasher — washing-up liquid and sponges are provided.
Bathroom
One full private bathroom with shower. Wall-mounted hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack available.
Climate and Comfort
Air conditioning in the living room for cooling and heating. Individual gas boiler with wall thermostat for additional heating. Blackout curtains in both the bedroom and living area for a proper rest.
Internet
500 Mbps fibre WiFi throughout the apartment.
Parking
No private parking. Paid public street parking is available in the surrounding area. The neighbourhood is also very well served by public transport and taxis.
Building
4-storey building with lift access. The apartment is on the 1st floor (3rd level from street). The building entrance is accessed via the courtyard.
• The check-in and check-out times may be made flexible upon request, depending on the availability.

• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
