About this property

LUXURY HERITAGE TOWNHOUSE ︱KING BED ︱NEAR BOTANICS

Experience Georgian elegance in this B-listed sanctuary. While this listing is new to the market, I bring over 15 years of professional hosting experience to ensure every detail is flawless.

Overlooking lush greenery, our home offers a silent retreat from the Festival buzz.

I personally oversee every detail—from pressed 100% cotton linens to a hand-picked Scottish hamper. As a local living 15 minutes away, I’m here to ensure a seamless, 5-star stay. Discover Edinburgh with a true personal touch.

-THE BUILDING
Your Edinburgh Heritage home is Category B listed Georgian townhouse erected in the 1820s. The building features a classic Georgian façade with a doorpiece of fluted Ionic columns

THE GRAND ENTRANCE
First impressions are everything. Our hallway features magnificent period stained glass and original architectural corbels that set the tone for a truly authentic Edinburgh stay. The deep, moody walls and warm wood furnishings create a sophisticated welcome, blending historical charm with contemporary style.

THE SUN-DRENCHEDN KITCHEN AND DINING SPACE
The heart of the home is a bright, expansive kitchen designed for both socializing and serious cooking. You will find a complimentary hamper: A taste of Scotland to start your stay. I’ve personally curated this welcome hamper with my favorite local treats—from Edinburgh Gin to traditional oatcakes. It’s my way of making sure you feel at home the moment you walk through the door

-The Kitchen
Fully equipped with integrated appliances, a wine fridge, and a spacious island—perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

-The Dining Area
Nestled into a classic bay window, the dining table is bathed in natural light. Whether you’re enjoying a local breakfast or a home-cooked dinner, you’ll have a peaceful view of the leafy surroundings.

THE ELEGANT LIVING ROOM
Relax in a room that balances grand scale with cozy comfort. High ceilings and a massive sash window provide a sense of Victorian opulence, while the modern fireplace, plush mustard seating, and curated art collection make it feel like a true home. It is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the Royal Botanic Gardens

THE BEDROOMS
We believe a great stay starts with an incredible night’s sleep. Our bedrooms are designed as sanctuaries:

The Beds: King bed in the Master Bedroom, Double Bed in the Second Bedroom: Each room features a luxurious sprung mattress for ultimate support.

The Linens: Wrapped in high thread count, 100% cotton sheets, providing that crisp, hotel-quality feel.

The Ambiance: Warm lighting, soft textures, and vibrant accents create a space that is as stylish as it is restful.

* A Note on My Management Style
I love hosting and am dedicated to making your Edinburgh stay unforgettable. I live just 15 minutes away and am available for in-person assistance whenever needed. Whether you need help with the apartment or want my personal recommendations for the city’s best hidden gems, I am only a message or a short walk away. I personally oversee every detail of your stay to ensure it is perfect.
