Bedrooms 5 & 6 feature single beds, ideal for children or individual guests. Each bedroom is complemented by its own full bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for everyone. Beyond the bedrooms, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, ready for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy dining together at the dining table, and relax in the living areas. Step outside to the garden, a tranquil outdoor space with a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco dining and creating lasting memories. The entire property is designed to provide a home-away-from-home experience, with amenities like internet, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.

Guest Access:

After booking, you’ll receive an invite with a link to our guest app—this is genuine and grants you access to the house manual and all details about your stay.

You’ll also be asked to complete a verification process, which may include an optional waiver payment to protect your reservation.

The property is self check-in and keys are available onsite. All instructions will be available in the app 24 hours before check-in, once the verification process is complete.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy. Aylesbury train station is a short drive away, offering regular services to London Marylebone, with a journey time of approximately one hour. For those arriving by air, London Heathrow Airport is about a 45-minute drive. Parking is available for one car at the property but you can find parking facilities in the area. The local bus routes also provide convenient access to Aylesbury town centre and surrounding areas.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available via a lockbox. One parking space is available at the front of the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Our home is proud to host Bubbles, Nemo, and Pearl—three happy fish who call our tank home! They’re easy to care for, but they do need a small pinch of food once a day during your stay. Don’t worry, we’ve left clear instructions by the tank to make it a breeze.
