Modern amenities, including WiFi and a TV, ensure you stay connected and entertained throughout your visit.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant Old Trafford area, this apartment is nestled near the iconic Old Trafford Stadium, home to Manchester United. Enjoy easy access to local dining spots, cafes, and parks. The neighbourhood offers a lively atmosphere with a mix of cultural and sporting events, making it an ideal spot for exploring Manchester's rich heritage.

The apartment is conveniently located near public transport options. The Old Trafford Metrolink tram stop is just a short walk away, providing easy connections to Manchester city centre and beyond. Regular bus services are also available, making it simple to explore the wider area.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
