Step into a welcoming open‑plan dining room that flows through to the cosy lounge and the stylish kitchen with breakfast‑bar seating. French doors lead out to the enclosed courtyard garden, ideal for relaxed morning coffees or evening drinks.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (can be set up as a double on request)
The beautiful family bathroom features both a bath and a separate shower.

The cottage is just a short walk from Cowes High Street, Cowes Yacht Haven, the Parade and the Esplanade, perfect for enjoying the harbour views and the lively sailing atmosphere.
