The 80 m² holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the building. It has a separate entrance and a spacious balcony with sea views.

The living/dining room is 30 m² and features a smart TV and CD stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, freezer, and microwave.

The bathroom has underfloor heating, and a hairdryer is provided. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a baby/toddler room with a crib and changing table.
