Welcome to an exclusive holiday home in the scenic Sandskogen in Ystad – a place where sea, beach and relaxation meet in perfect harmony.

The house is spacious and is ideal for a larger family or several generations who want to holiday together.



Upstairs there are four bedrooms with a total of eight regular beds, divided into two single beds in each bedroom. On the entrance floor there is also a double sofa bed in the common areas that offers two additional sleeping places.

The accommodation offers two bathrooms, which makes the stay comfortable even for larger groups. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, while the other has a bathtub and toilet.



This modern and tastefully decorated house offers a fantastic location only about 150 meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach that has made Ystad so popular. Here you can start the day with a morning swim, take long walks along the sea or just enjoy the fresh sea air.

The house is surrounded by a lovely garden with several terraces that invite you to relax and socialize. There is plenty of space here for long breakfasts in the morning sun, lazy afternoons with a book and atmospheric barbecue evenings as the sun slowly sets over Sandskogen.

Take a short walk to the well-known Fritidsbaren and enjoy their famous freshly baked Wiener Blöck or explore Ystad's charming city center with its cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses and cozy cafes. Don't miss hearing the lurblaser playing from St. Mary's Church or visiting the many filming locations from the popular Wallander films.
