Mi lugar está cerca de restaurantes y restaurantes, centro de la ciudad, parques y excelentes vistas. Te encantará mi lugar por la ubicación, la gente, el ambiente, el espacio al aire libre y el vecindario. El espacio está amueblado con buen gusto con muebles RH, ideal para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios, familias (con niños), grandes grupos y amigos peludos (mascotas). Garaje adjunto con cargador de coche Tesla. Para el check-in, le daremos un código a la caja de seguridad para obtener las llaves y puede llegar en cualquier momento después de las 3pm y registrarse.

Lots of room and very nice. Older house with lots of upgrades. Owner was quick to get back about questions and requests.My only complaint was that the house should have been cooled down before our arrival. Air conditioning was turned off when we checked in. It took several hours of running the air conditioner to make the house comfortable.

Fantastic Football Wknd

This is a great house! We stayed w/ another couple for the MI @ IL football game (they have a daughter at IL / we have a son at MI) … and it was the perfect spot! The living room and sunroom were PERFECT gathering spots for 4 ppl, and the kitchen was sooo nice for tailgate food prep (sizable and nicely renovated.) This house is also in a VERY nice neighborhood; tree-lined streets and lovely homes. Also had a lovely fenced in backyard. Lots of vintage charm in this old house which we loved. Highly recommend this property if you’re planning a Champaign wknd!

Great but could use a few upgrades!

My family stayed in the Willis home Labor Day weekend for a wedding at the venue. We enjoyed the location - getting to & from ‘town’ The house was spacious enough for all 5 or us and wax stocked with everything needed for a weekend stay. Our only complaint is the box springs on both of the full size beds were extremely creaky! They should really be replaced to allow for a good nights sleep.

Beautiful historical home in quiet neighborhood and close to school

My sisters, my mother and daughter visited my other daughter at UofI for the week end. We had such a great time. Kitchen and porch were awesome places to gather and the dining table welcoming. We cooked together and just hung out this incredible house. A gem! My only recommendation is to install a key pad for entry.

Beautiful, Comfortable Home

This house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and perfectly situated in a classic tree-lined Champaign neighborhood. It's a great place for a large group. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint is that it wasn't clear to us how expensive this place would be up front. With fees it ended up being $500 a night which is expensive for Champaign. But a great place overall!

Stay in Champaign

This is a beautiful house in a lovely walkable neighborhood. The huge kitchen is gourmet and the dining room is a wonderful setting for a family meal. It was cold when we stayed but would love to enjoy the screened porch.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was a very peaceful stay. Owners were attentive and responded promptly throughout our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it was too cold to enjoy the sun deck, I’m sure it’s a treat in the summer months.

Weekend football game

Got the whole Illini family together here for a football weekend. Large house with plenty of room and great kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. We wished it was a little warmer to enjoy the patio.

Adorable Bungalow in the Heart of Champaign

This house was perfect! We were in town for a short weekend but wanted outdoor entertaining g space - the table outside was perfect! There are three nice sized rooms and one room with three twins! This house is great for one or two families. Highly recommend and great location!

It is very nice property. Clean, updated and comfortable. Instructions where very clear. The location was perfect, quiet area and easy to get to places in town. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Charming Home Close to Everything

Very clean. Unique charming home. Perfect Location in the center of everything. Easy check in and check out. Modern appliances and electronics. We would stay here again when visiting our family in Champaign.

Beautiful House & Great Location

The house is so cute and very clean. It was close 5-15 minutes from all of our activities. The owners were also responsive when we needed to make a change in our plans. We look forward to renting here again.

Business Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The main level was expansive and worked well for our group. The bedrooms were warm at night and a couple of the beds were uncomfortable but not overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Beautiful and comfortable home that surpassed our expectations

This house was amazingly beautiful and unique, and it comfortably housed us and our guests. We had a total of 9 adults in the house, and there was plenty of room to gather, relax, and sleep. The kitchen was also great for preparing large meals and snacks, and the refrigerator was a good size. The entire house was very clean and organized. Communication with the owner was extremely easy, and she answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this property enough to others who are looking for a place to stay with a group. We will definitely consider staying at this home again in the future.
