A Home to Relax and Unwind
The lounge, dining table and deck all look out over the lake, so the view is water rather than the next row of lodges. Sink into the hot tub set flush in the decking and watch the sun go down, then come inside and curl up by the electric fire with Netflix on the smart TV. The open-plan layout means whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation.

The Layout
• Living area: Open-plan lounge with two sofas, an electric fire and a smart TV, with sliding doors out to the deck.

• Kitchen: Galley kitchen with sage cabinetry, a double oven and a hob, plus a breakfast bar for a quick drink.

• Dining area: Table seating 6, set under a vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows over the lake.

• Bedroom 1: King bed with its own en-suite shower room, a dressing area with mirrored vanity and plenty of storage.

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds with panelled walls, built-in wardrobes and a mirrored dressing table.

• Bathroom: Family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, plus the separate en-suite shower room off the king bedroom.

• Outdoor space: Spacious deck with the sunken hot tub, outdoor sofa dining set and lake views.

Location
The lodge sits within Woodhall Country Park, just outside the village of Woodhall Spa in the Lincolnshire countryside. The village has shops, cafés, pubs and the historic Kinema in the Woods, and there are fishing lakes and woodland paths on site. Most of the wider area is best explored by car.

Good to Know Before You Book
Access to the lodge and the wider park is controlled by a key fob, which you will need to enter and exit the park and must return at the end of your stay. Mark or Julie will usually meet you at reception and walk you over with the keys; if they cannot be there, the key can be collected at reception or from a keybox behind the Woodhall Country Park sign. The two bathrooms are split between the bedrooms rather than combined, so the bath sits in the family bathroom and the shower in the en-suite. The fishing lakes are open to guests but a rod licence is required. Shoes off inside, please, and no smoking or vaping anywhere in the lodge. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
