La météo fut passable mais le confort de l'appartementà permis de passer très favorablement les moments de météo les plus perturbés.Sinon, la Côte d'opale avec son bon air, un vent qui décoiffeet le peu de monde en cette période, cela a pour moi, beaucoup de charme aussi.

logement berck

Nous sommes tres déçus de ce sejour. Le logement n'était pas propre. Taches suspectes sur la nappe de la table. Au sol le balai a peur des coins. Frigo et micro ondes sales. Etat de la porte du four et de la plaque inacceptables. Le pire c'est la moisissure sur les murs et plafonds. Ce logement ne devrait pas être loué dans cet état. C’est honteux. J'espère que le proprietaire va être interdit de louer avant que des travaux soient effectués .

Madame, je me doutais bien de votre retour et je ne sais pas pourquoi vous avez insisté pour rester alors que je vous avais proposé de partir, de vous rembourser et de trouver un autre logement (c'est sur cela n'aurait pas été le même tarif vu vos exigences ....). Le logement n'est pas vétuste comme vous me l'avez dit, je vous conseille de lire les avis des précédents voyageurs qui sont venus (avis récents) avant vous sur abritel et sur d'autres sites, ce sont des avis authentiques, mais vous verrez aussi et je ne m'en cache pas qu'il y en a qui espère voyager peut être gratuitement (environ 3 sur 700 sur mes 2 locations) ... et ne vous inquiétez pas pour le jardin, vous avez été decus de ne pas avoir eu de roses en plein mois de janvier LOL mais celui-ci est entretenu et correspond pleinement aux vacanciers de la période estivale et pas à des "aigris" comme vous, prenez un logement adapté à vos conditions parfaites avec le tarif qui va avec. Vous êtes locataires à fortement éviter d'accueillir avec un non respect des lieux et un sentiment d'insécurité de notre part pour toute notre résidence durant votre séjour, vous avez fortement gâché notre fin d'année et je ne vous conseille à personne ...

tout juste acceptable vu le tarif et publicité sur le net.

Il faut compter un quart d'heure à pieds pour se rendre à la plage , heureusement car le stationnement est payant même sur le lieu de location ,de ce fait nous avons trouvé à proximité un stationnement gratuit.

Monsieur, en réponse à vos appréciations, je tiens à signaler que la "publicité sur le net" est faite d'avis authentiques d'autres locataires qui ont été plus ou moins satisfaits de la location. De même il ne faut pas dire que la plage est à 15 min à pieds, elle est à 500 m de la location donc maxi 7-8 min !!!! si vous n'avez pas été satisfaits de votre séjour vous auriez du m'en faire part durant celui-ci cela aurait été plus honnête de votre part... Il faut bien lire les avis précédents et regarder les photos d'une annonce avant de faire une réservation !!!! slts distinguées, Sandrine BAYART

Town property closed to beach

A n older property with an eclectic mix of furnishings and fittings. Large tv in the lounge which is open plan and includes a double bed at the opposite end. small kitchen with cooker fridge freezer and a breakfast bar. Best suited to short stays.
