So glad you enjoyed our stay Cindy! Having the wide beaches and calm ocean steps away with no streets to cross is one of my favorite features of Sandy Shanty. We look forward to hosting your group again some day.

Thank you, Aimee, for your feedback, and we have scheduled someone to power wash the pool area and touch up paint where needed. We also appreciate your positive notes in regards to all that this home has to offer. We hope to see you on Charleston's Coast soon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay, especially regarding the hot tub, musty smell, and mold. It's concerning to hear that the property manager did not respond to your concerns in a timely manner, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We will address the issues with the hot tub and grill to ensure they are properly maintained. Additionally, we will investigate the mold situation and the broken blinds to prevent this from happening in the future. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we take your comments seriously. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to improve your experience should you decide to stay with us again.

We are truly sorry that you had such trouble with the hot tub, especially as it was an important part of your trip. The pool and spa work on a brand new, state of the art system that is run by a sophisticated computer. We regret that our instructions were apparently not detailed enough, although we have had success with them thus far. As a result, we have added additional information to the spa instructions and have also installed the app on our iPhones so that we can control the system remotely for guests if they run into similar issues. Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely hope you'll visit Sandy Shanty, IOP and Charleston again.

We are so glad that you had such a nice visit, and we hope to have you on Charleston's Coast soon. Happy New Year!

Thank you for your feedback, Dee, and we hope to have you on Charleston's Coast soon! We hope to make this pool more inviting and have schedule maintenance to clean it twice each week moving forward.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your review, and this home truly is wonderful, very spacious and well equipped! I do apologize if housekeeping missed anything, and we have a pre-arrival service who blows off the porches, pool area and cleans the grill between guests. We appreciate your note so that we can improve and please let us know next time so that we can send the cleaners to fix anything missed. We hope to have you on Charleston's Coast soon and thank you again!
