Great family friendly location.

Modern, spacious, new construction home with all the amenities you could want. Great location for families with young children with no busy street to cross to get to beach. Highly recommend this home to any family looking for a home away from home experience at the shore.

This this home is in pristine condition.

This property proved to be an excellent rental for my family. It is a beautiful home that is finished with attention to detail in both workmanship and decore. The owners were helpful and pleasant to work with. We found the location was perfect for our family that had small children who needed to go back for naps or a break from the sun. We were able to walk to restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream and a local park. This is a wonderful place to stay and make your families memories. Sue Nelson

Great rental

My family had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfect with many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Not to mention the beach access is only a few houses away. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. We really liked the layout with open design on the main level and large spacious comfortable rooms upstairs. Dave was very easy to communicate with and his responses were quick and informative. Dave went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This house is highly recommended

Great house in prime location

We stayed here for a week with our extended family. Two families with kids, and grandparents. The two master suites made it the perfect option for a two family stay...no drawing straws for who gets the master. The bunk room was a little small and cramped for the kids, but really, they only slept there so it was no big deal. The house is brand new and very well thought out. It sleeps 10 comfortably, but the living room is a little small for 10 people. That really only mattered on the one rainy day of our trip when we hung out in the house all day. When it wasn't raining, there were other places to spread out to if we were all home...great table on the back porch and rocking chairs on the front porch. The location was ideal...so close to the beach with a lifeguard stand and walking distance to many great restaurants and Barnacle Bills icecream/mini-golf/arcade right on the corner. Just a few blocks from the Lavalette boardwalk for our morning walk/jog. David and Cindy were gracious hosts and we would absolutely rent here again if we are going to stay in Ortley.

My wife Cindy and I had always dreamed of having a beach house and when this Sandy damaged property came up in 2015 we decided to embark on planning and building our duplex house. We designed this house with an open floor plan and tried to create a really relaxing feeling for our family. I have a large family and we are spread out over the country so it is nice to have 20 beds between both units for our family reunions.

Why they chose this property

Ortley Beach is a fantastic location! Our home is a newer home, well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. It is central to so many things. Seaside boardwalk is just a 5 to 10 minute walk, you can bike to Island Beach State Park in about 15 minutes or drive to Jenkinson's in Point Pleasant in 15 minutes. There are great restaurants and shops all with in walking distance, making it very easy to park the car for the week. Our neighborhood is perfect, with a mix of full time residents and vacationing families.

What makes this property unique

Quiet end of town, wide open street, 450 feet to the beach. Mini golf, arcade and ice cream right on the corner.
