The stay was great, but had nothing to do with the house. When we arrived I went on the balcony and it stunk, really stunk like cigarettes. They have an ashtray on the wall and that was full. Disgusting. I had to first throw it out and walk it to the dump station bc it stunk through a closed bag. The sinks in the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, you saw tons of calcium stains. And on the mirror. There was some hair on the bathroom floor. Also, towels never got dry in the bathrooms. They were moist for a week. Lightbulbs were not fixed. Dust on the cabinets in the living room. Floor looked like for many years people were walking in the house with shoes... the best is that the bedroom windows are grass level so that means when you air the room watch out for spiders and other nice critters that come into the house. The owners should update the house, put some fly nets in there and maybe update the floor bc that gives you a rather dirty look. Also, the house is 15 m away from the main street, so you just have to know that it won’t be quiet. Also, it is next to a restaurant, again, plenty of people coming by. But that in itself is not the problem, the cleanness and the run down fact was totally annoying. We went to austria for 3 weeks, every week a different house, and that one was just a disappointment That was not a luxury chalet as advertised. And the pictures are not all from same house, you get a house, but the inside varies... Also, there is a parking garage so you might have a problem with parking your bikes. We had three parking spaces so we were lucky, but with only two it would have been a problem. I also can not imagine 9 people in this house. 5 mugs only and when we arrived only one tiny cutting knife. We got a set of (cheap) knifes from the management on Monday. Hope the owners upgrade this house, otherwise not worth the money, not at all, when you compare to other free standing homes in the austrian apls.
