Charmant condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, à quelques pas de la plage! Piscine chauffée, quai privé sur baie pour la pêche (cannes et matériel inclus). Super proche des restaurants et des bars (à quelques pas des restaurants Beach House et Wicked Cantina et bien d'autres). Prenez le chariot gratuit autour de l'île ou la courte distance en voiture du cercle Saint Armands de Sarasota avec de bons magasins et une cuisine raffinée.
6 couchages +, 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin et un canapé-lit Queen. Linge de maison inclus.
Apportez simplement votre maillot de bain et votre brosse à dents! Vous allez adorer l'île!

Apportez votre bateau pour amarrer au grand quai, pêchez ou profitez simplement de la vie marine. Si la navigation de plaisance n'est pas votre plaisir, les magasins et les restaurants sont à distance de marche ou sautez sur le chariot AMI gratuit pour explorer toute l'île. Ce condo très privé et autonome n'a que deux unités adjacentes, mais a accès à la grande piscine chauffée. De belles couleurs douces dans cette location de vacances de deux chambres et deux salles de bain vous invitent à vous reposer et à vous détendre après une journée de plaisir au soleil. Les revêtements de sol en céramique refroidiront vos pieds chauds et sablonneux à votre retour de la plage. Un King Master avec salle de bain privée et Queen et une deuxième chambre avec salle de bains adjacente vous offriront une bonne nuit de sommeil. Il y a aussi un grand balcon avec salle pour manger et se prélasser en plein air. Présentant maintenant notre service de linge professionnel. Pour votre commodité, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un accès Internet sans fil et la télévision par câble sont inclus dans la liste des équipements.

Fantastic Trip!

We had a great time! Was there for Christmas. It was right on the bay and just a short walk to the beach (best of both worlds)! Condo was perfect size for us and was very clean. Will stay here again!

great location

The location of this property is really great. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The full view of the bay is hindered because of new building going up, but there is still a partial view of the bay and the bench on the pier is a great place for watching dolphins. There are a lot of extras for the beach including coolers, chairs, wagon, toys, etc.

Enjoyment with a view and easy beach access

The property had a great view of the intercoastal. The deck/porch was used by us every morning to watch the sunrise over Cortez. We viewed dolphins swimming in the waters and found the location to be nice and peaceful. The pool was clean and refreshing. We swam in the pool almost everyday. The Bradenton beach was across the street just a 2 minute walk down the road. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities needed. We would stay here again

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay - great location, with beach access only steps away. This is a perfect property for families. Kitchen was clean and living room cozy. The beds were SO comfortable too! We didn't use the on-site pool but it looked nice. The unit is a bit aged but we were out all-day most days so didn't bother us at all and communication with owner was excellent. On site parking was a bonus and you can't beat the location with access to coffee, dinner places, bridge street and beach. Traffic can be challenging Thur-Sat if you plan to drive to other locations.

Nice Condo!

Very clean and well furnished condo. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We enjoyed our stay there with one exception. The hot water pressure was very weak and made it difficult to shower easily. Cold water pressure was fine. Suggest owner look into correcting this problem. Otherwise, I highly recommend this condo for future renters, and would return there again if water pressure problem has been corrected.

We recently stayed with another couple. The condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Free trolley stop is 2 minutes away which will take you anywhere you want to go on the island

Clean and Quiet

Quiet bayside location, 3-4 minute walk to beach. Part of a small, older complex which has been well maintained. This unit is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The heated pool is a big plus, IMO, and looks as though it has been recently retiled. Good communication with owner. Would stay again.

We stayed here for the 4th of July and could not have been more pleased with our stay! The condo had everything we needed to make it feel like home and communication with the owner was great. Loved the provided beach toys and chairs and easy walk across the street to the beach. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and Island Scoops ice cream. Everything was very clean and would definitely recommend.

Beach Condo stay

The property is in great condition and worked out just as described. Tracy is a very helpful and communicative host. The convenience to the beach and other amenities was very welcome. Just a short walk and you are on the gulf. The beach was never crowded and it was fun for everyone.
