The house completely renovated, is located at the entrance of the village in a quiet area. It consists of an entrance, a 20sqm living room (with sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table, a fireplace), a 12sqm room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and closets. The house has a large garden where you can relax, have lunch with a view of the mountains or make a BBQ enjoying the sunset. It is less than a hundred meters from the Casino supermarket, and 700m from the village center. You can get there on foot to enjoy its lively, stroll through shopping streets, discovering its historic center or relax at the edge of the Verdon. If you are fans of hiking and biking, the departure of the GR is 150 meters. Enjoy Castellane with 2 lakes, its watersports with pedal boats and kayaks, its activities rafting, mountain biking, walking, hiking, paragliding (in St Andre the Alps or the Roque Esclapon) and play golf at the Domaine de Taulane that is 20 km by car. And of course, you can enjoy the must visit the Grand Canyon du Verdon, vultures Rougon and Lake Allos. In terms of nightlife you can enjoy the disco (located 2km housing), bars and musical entertainment ...

Nice place te stay

A very nice house, with everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The description and photo's give the right impression of the house. It is located in a quiet nabourhood, but also close to a supermarket for your daily shopping and just a few minutes walk from the centre of Castellane. Close to the wonderful Gorges du Verdon. The owner makes you feel at home. We spent one week in the house and really enjoyed it.

Fantastic week in Castellane

The property was as it was in the photos..! With some extras not shown in them as a nice surprise (garden furniture and large BBQ). The hosts were lovely people and came and checked a few times that everything thing was OK. The house was quite cool even without having air conditioning as the window blinds and canopy kept the heat of the day (30C +) out of the house. Kitchen is well supplied with all the equipment we needed. Would stay again..!

Très bon accueil de Françoise et Philippe qui sont adorables et bien veillants et disponibles si besoin. La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme, tout proche du supermarché et du centre ville. Il y a toutes les commodités, comme à la maison. La terrasse exposée plein sud est très agréable. Le petit village de Castellane est très joli avec pleins d'animations et concerts le soir. Le décors des gorges du Verdon est splendide, beaucoup de randonnées à faire avec de très beaux paysages. Je recommande, nous avons passé 15 jours sportifs et reposants. Le plus, le terrain est très bien clôturé pour éviter que notre petit chien s'échappe.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à tout point de vue. La location est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipée, située dans un lotissement très calme. Schönes Haus, viele Möglichkeiten

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles an Küchenutensilien, die man benötigt, vorhanden und nicht abgenutzt. Wäscheständer, Wäsche Klammern, Putzutensilien alles da. Großer abgeschlossener Garten. Neues großes Badezimmer. Klimaanlage nicht notwendig, da es sich nachts auch im August gut abkühlt und man tagsüber mit elektrischen Rollläden die Erwärmung durch die Fenster abhalten kann. Supermarkt 2 Minuten zu Fuß, Ort 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Einzig nicht zutreffend in der Beschreibung ist die Entfernung zum Lac de St. Croixe. Statt der angegeben 44 Minuten eher 1 Stunde 15 Minuten, da man durch die Schlucht mit dem Auto doch recht lange unterwegs ist. Aber mehrere Bademöglichkeiten am nahe gelegenen Lac Castillon, der ebenso sehr schön ist. Viele Wassersport Möglichkeiten und Wanderungen direkt vor Ort. Hunde kann man angeleint mit an den See nehmen, wir waren jedoch auch des öfteren mit unserem Hund am Verdon, entweder direkt im Ort oder an verschiedenen Stellen entlang der Schlucht. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft voll empfehlen, e ebenso den sehr netten Ort Castellane. Für Urlaub mit Hund auch gut geeignet. nicht abgenutzt.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans la maison avec notre 🐶. Maison tout proche du centre-ville et du Auchan. Castellane est à portée de pieds ;) Maison bien achalandée, tout confort. Quartier très calme. Les hôtes sont charmants et à l'écoute tout en étant discrets! Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons! Les gîtes sont charmants et à l'écoute.

Location très bien située, à la fois au calme et à proximité du centre de Castellane (environ 10 minutes à pieds). Le jardin est bien clos pour les chiens. Un magasin Casino en bas de la rue est également très pratique. Nous remercions nos hôtes qui nous ont très bien accueillis et nous ont donné de bons conseils sur les randonnées. La région est magnifique, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Laurence et Jean-Michel.

Une propriété agréable, calme et bien située car on peut se déplacer à pied pour accéder aux commerces du village. Beaux paysages aux alentours. La maison possède un jardin assez grand pour permettre aux animaux de se défouler .

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Für zwei Personen großzügig, gut ausgestattet, schöner Balkon mit zerfledderter Markise, Vermieter haben wir nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, nur telefonischer Kontakt, der aber unkompliziert war. Tochter kam mal, um defektes WLAN neu zu starten, mit Begrüßungs-Rotwein. Supermarkt in der Nachbarschaft war sehr angenehm. Ruhige Lage.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch, die Berge und das Internet sind im Juli sehr schlecht, wenn es zu viel Besuch gibt. Es wird erwartet, daß sich das Netz bis 2021 verbessern wird oder daß Arbeiten von den Telefongesellschaften geplant werden. Leider können wir selbst die Kapazität des Internet nicht verbessern.

En plein cœur des gorges

Jolie petite maison bien située à castellane. Idéalement situé pour les amoureux de la nature. Maison relativement bien équipée et clôturée idéal pour notre compagnon à 4 pattes . Un léger bémol pour la literie et les oreillers qui pourraient être renouvelés et certaines prises de courant sortent du mur. Sinon la description correspond bien à la maison. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Si une prise à était arrachée, elle sera remise en état , l’installation électrique à était entièrement refaite neuve avec son tableau et ses différentiels . Concernant les oreillers et la literie , ceux ci ont 2 ans , nous changerons les oreillers au plus tôt, merci de votre visite et à bientôt

Motorradurlaub 2019

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für 2 Personen welche einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung, aber dennoch ist das schöne Altstädtchen Castellane mit schönen Restaurants in kleinen Gassen zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Verdunschlucht, ein schöner Badesee sind mit dem Auto in 10 min. zu erreichen. Perfekte Lage. Phil macht alles möglich was gewünscht wird und unterstützt gerne bei Fragen. Wir haben noch nie eine Ferienwohnung in der alle vorhanden war was man benötigt. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Danke an Phil für den super Urlaub bei Ihm!!!! Ralf
