Enjoy an entire two-storey house with a spacious private garden, right next to the forest and within easy reach of Prague’s historic centre. The whole house and its 1,700 m² garden are exclusively yours throughout your stay, with plenty of parking directly on the property.

GARDEN & PRIVATE SPA
The peaceful garden offers a seating area and barbecue, with plenty of space to unwind outdoors.

For an additional fee, you can also enjoy our newly built private spa, featuring a Finnish sauna made from cedar wood, a wooden plunge pool for cooling down after your sauna session, and an outdoor shower. It is a lovely place to relax in nature after a day exploring Prague.

The spa can be booked exclusively for your group for a few days or your entire stay. Please contact me for pricing and availability.

LOCATION
The property borders a forest and is just 10 minutes from Prague–Klánovice train station. Trains depart every 20 minutes and take just 20 minutes to reach Prague’s historic centre.

ARRIVAL & HOSTING
As an experienced host, I offer flexible arrival options: convenient self check-in using a smart lock or a personal welcome.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
By prior arrangement, we can accommodate up to 10 guests by adding a temporary mattress for two people. Please contact me before booking if you would like this option.

CITY TAX
The accommodation price does not include Prague’s city tax of CZK 50 per adult per day of stay. This must be paid in cash during your stay; CZK, EUR and USD are accepted. Children are exempt.
