Crescent Siesta Key è il nuovissimo condominio di lusso sulla spiaggia di Siesta Key. Costruito nel 2006 dal gruppo Bella Vista di fama internazionale, ogni unità è squisitamente arredata per un lusso facile e offre una vista sul golfo e sulle più belle spiagge di sabbia bianca del mondo.

Un condominio spazioso, pronto per le vacanze vi aspetta. Immergiti in una delle due piscine all'aperto con vista sulla spiaggia, cammina sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca che si estendono per chilometri, crea fantastici pasti nella cucina all'aperto e cenare all'aperto con vista sul golfo tra splendidi giardini paesaggistici o affondare in una chaise longue sotto le logge con un grande libro.

Un'associazione attiva di proprietari di case impegnata e orgogliosa del loro edificio garantisce un servizio eccellente e una proprietà e un terreno squisitamente curati nel nuovissimo condominio fronte mare sulla Siesta Key.

Questa proprietà è una posizione tranquilla e sicura. Ottimo per famiglie e anziani. Non a tarda notte, rumoroso, tipo di posto del partito. Per favore, parlami un po 'del tuo gruppo, quindi so chi rimarrà nella mia unità. Grazie!

Do We Have to Leave?

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo on Siesta Key Beach! The unit itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living space, everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience.The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach. And what a beach it was! Powdery white sand, warm turquoise blue water, and stunning sunsets made every day feel like paradise. We loved how friendly and relaxed everyone was, from locals to other visitors.Another major plus was being able to walk across the street for food, drinks, and entertainment. Whether we wanted a casual bite or a fun evening out, everything was close and accessible.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay - Perfect location

The description of the condo was accurate and it is right on the beach. Condo was completely furnished with everything we needed for our vacation including beach towels. Everything was labeled and the condo was very clean. Restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and grocery are right across the street which is so convenient.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our week so much! Everything was perfect and just as described. The unit had every amenity imaginable and was spotlessly clean. My niece loved the close proximity to Captain Curt’s and Orange Octopus, we walked over almost every night for ice cream. The pool and beach were easily accessible and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Overall it was a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great location & clean!

Beautiful condo and perfect location to get dinner at local restaurants or get ice cream with the family. We did many dinners at the condo on the beautiful lanai with a built in grill also. Mary had every drawer labeled and provided many extras! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Vacation!

Mary was very communicative and accommodating even with our stay being a week after hurricane Ian and there being some uncertainty. The condo was spotless and the pictures accurately reflect the condo. Location is KEY! Trolley stop is right outside the building and you can walk to many restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery stores. We will be back again!

Location is KEY!

Loved, loved the location of this condo rental! Spacious and clean for my family of 5. The pack-n-play for my 11 month old was a lifesaver. One of the pools was down for repairs and so we used the pool next to the beach which was great for my young kids to stay in the shade most of the morning. Beach was walking steps from our condo and private! We will be back!

Lovely and convenient to everything

My wife and I stayed here for the first three weeks of January. The place is very spacious, clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is convenient to the beach, bars, restaurants, shopping and anything else you might need. We also took a couple of day trips to Venice Beach which is just a short drive away. Be warned that it can be a little chilly at night this time of year but it beats the heck out of PA temps!

Totally enjoyed my stay at this place. Secure and save locations, easy and convenient access to all amenities. Private beautiful beach, pool and spa. Restaurants and shopping places across the street. The condo is spacious, well-kept and stuffed with everything you need. I am a light slipper, was able to sleep in this place as a baby. We have been coming to Siesta Key for about 5 years, and this was our first time staying at Crescent. Unit 406 is a wonderful unit and very comfortable for a family of 5. It was very clean and stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. Mary was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions that we had. The location is great! It was so nice to walk across the street to some restaurants, groceries and shops. Even though the unit is in the street building it was so convenient to the pool and beach… just a short walk. We can’t wait to come back !

Lovely spacious condo in an amazing location!!!

Unit 406 at the Crescent was terrific!!! It was spacious-fit our family of four perfectly ….and we had tons of extra space!! The kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed!!! There was also a nice array of spices and coffee supplies there, which came in handy!!! The dishwasher and disposal were temperamental, but Mary was quick to respond with tips to fix and even offer to send someone up to fix it! (My husband was able to get the disposal working but not the dishwasher-we chose to just live without it for a for a week!) The only downfall of our stay was the construction on the second pool….which our lanai overlooked! We knew the pool was under construction, but we were not prepared for what that really meant! We happened to rent out the unit the week the workers were scheduled to jackhammer and grind the entire pool deck! 😳. It was super loud and there was such an accumulation of dust on the lanai that it was not able to be used! 😕. We always book our VRBOs with awesome decks, balconies, and/or lanais because we love that morning coffee and evening wine enjoying the new scenery, and we were not able to do that this week! HOWEVER, when I reached out to Mary about this, she was more than accommodating and sensitive to the issue, and she offered us a partial refund on the rental!!! Mary is an amazing host! She was super friendly and always quick to respond! We would definitely rebook- Esp to enjoy that new pool we heard get a remodel this past week! 🙂

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 40 years! We absolutely love it here and hope to spend more time here in the future. We live in Wisconsin, so it is a welcome escape during the winter. It is also a place that is full of life and a beautiful beach. We like to run, bike, swim, hike, paddle-you name it! We know you will love it as much as we do! We like to spend time here and have made it our second home. You will benefit from all the amenities that we keep on hand for ourselves and for our guests. Such as a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Please let us know if we have forgotten anything!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You cannot beat it. Our property is right on the gulf and across the street from everything else! And yet we are far enough off the street to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere without the noise from the busy-ness across the street! You can walk to everything you need-bars, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, gifts shops, boat/bike/kayak/jet ski rentals, grocery and more! And the building manager is extremely friendly and helpful!

My unit has many extras that others do not supply. Such as spices, cooking supplies, private outdoor grill and mini fridge, beach towels, coffee supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, first aid and more. You will not be disappointed and will want to return again and again!
