Why Allan Lawson chose East Grinstead
I bought this house to be near my grand children who live nearby. We love to go for walks in the ancient Ashdown Forest - a ten minute drive away. East Grinstead is a thriving market town with good shops, plenty of restaurants, several supermarkets, banks, medical services and churches. One of the most famous church, is the Church of Christ Scientist, where Ron L. Hubbard started it all here in East Grinstead! The house is only ten miles from Gatwick Airport, a 20 minute cab drive away.

The house is clean and efficient, and well maintained. Its a short walk from the nearest supermarket, and only a ten minute walk from the town centre. Its also very convenient for a day trip to London, being a 12 minute walk from the main line train station.

The rates quoted are for up to 3 persons. Additional adults are charged at £20 per night. Children over 8 are welcome. If one child accompanies 2 adults, no charge. Otherwise, children between the ages of 8 and 13 (inclusive), are charged £10 per night. From 14 years of age, children are charged the full rate. THE HOLIDAY LETTING AGREEMENT : - By proceeding to make a booking, guests are deemed to have agreed and accepted the terms of our holiday letting agreement specifying special terms including the identity of your host, being a limited company by the name of Grosvenor Gardens Holiday Lets Ltd., and insurance in the event of personal injury. Full details available upon request. CANCELLATION POLICY If cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to the booked arrival date a full refund is available. If cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival and a replacement guest can be found for the vacation period cancelled, again, a refund is available according to the rent we have been able to charge the replacement guest. But if no replacement, no refund.
