Rústico y acogedor "estilo Studio" de 1 habitación disponible para no más de un ocupante. Esta cabaña es muy cómoda y pintoresca. Ubicada en el codiciado vecindario de North Laguna Beach, esta es una cabaña "original" de Laguna Beach construida en la década de 1930. Cama queen size, cocina amueblada, cable básico, ducha y estacionamiento en la calle. Interior decorado en azul y blanco con arte local y hermosos pisos de madera. A 2 cuadras del pueblo y 3. A 5 cuadras de la playa. A pie de galerías, restaurantes y festivales de verano. Ubicado en una calle residencial de una vía de dos carriles con un callejón detrás de la propiedad. No se admiten mascotas y no hay lavandería en el lugar. Alquiler de vacaciones a corto plazo legalmente permitido # 16-2497 BL # 151942. El dueño vive localmente. Nota: Las ventanas originales tienen doble apertura, use tacos para abrir.

Just what I needed

Having lived in the area nearly 20 years ago, returning to Laguna and staying at Wendy’s cottage was the perfect choice. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing me to reconnect with friends easily. Wendy was a gracious host, always kind and thoughtful, sharing local happenings and making my stay even more enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for her hospitality and the comfort of her place.

Great spot

This is a quaint little cottage with old-school Laguna charm. The location is perfect, a short walk to downtown and the beach. The hosts, Wendy and Joe, were super kind, going out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. Overall, no complaints and I'd definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Spot

This is the coziest cottage for a getaway to Laguna Beach. Centrally located and walk to all the main attractions. Wendy is the best owner I’ve experienced with many rentals and so informative about the local happenings with art, music and fun. Thanks for a great month in Laguna and looking forward to another stay in the future.

Health and Longevity conference

Bungalow close to all I needed, peaceful

Small, bright space; right on the corner. The bungalow is close to town, hiking and the beach. It has all the essentials in just enough space for one. I feel very safe in this neighborhood. The host lives near by. Wendy is so accommodating and easy to communicate with. This is my second stay and I’m sure there will be a third. It is not fancy but cozy. Exactly what I love about the bungalow!

Homelike Bungalow with benefits

Wendy, the best host was there to meet me when I arrived. She showed me around a perfect little space, but space enough for all I needed and wanted. She gave me directions to everything close by and introduced me to Laguna Beach. I felt like a local. I could walk everywhere and I felt safe in the bungalow and the area. The Ocean and Heisler Park are several blocks away. That is quite a perk. Whole Foods is very convenient too. Wendy really loves to show off her town and makes sure you know what is going on. Music is a passion of hers, so she sent me a schedule of events while I was there. The bungalow felt like home, bright with many windows which could be open or closed for privacy. There were flowers around outside which added color to the adorable bungalow. There is also a patio outside to have coffee or read a book. I liked the history of the 1928 home. I would definitely return. It was hard to leave. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Great Location - Wendy is the best

I was on a solo trip to refresh. Laguna is my favorite spot. I parked and only drove once to find warm cloths. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The cottage is adorable, and it was super clean and comfortable, it had everything I needed.

Awesome little house!

This little house is awesome! It’s a quiet little oasis in a great neighborhood. Surprising quiet considering how super close it is to everything— a couple minutes walk to groceries, coffee, restaurants, the beach with its amazing views, and a nice hike up into the hills behind town. Wendy is very helpful in giving local advice.

Idyllic classic Laguna experience

The kindest hostess. The short walk to the shore, Laguna Art Museum and downtown. The private patio. The cute kitchen! This is my happiest place and favorite VRBO stay (I’m a return visitor.) Count yourself lucky if you get to stay here. This attached cottage affords a quiet neighborhood experience with fast access to downtown. You will love all the flowers and the wonderful hostess, Wendy. Can’t wait to return.

Laguna beach hideaway

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the beach cottage. It was cozy, comfortable and the owner was great. The location was walkable to the town of Laguna for food, shopping, the beaches and nightlife. Overall a super fun place.

Summer Adventure

Stayed here for 2 months while I was in California writing a book. Wendy is super attentive and caring, and the cottage is such a special place! I have no complaints whatsoever and would recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a place!

A great little cottage in the middle of it all

Wendy is the nicest host I've met. Her cottage has everything guests would need for a short or long term stay. Cottage was clean, comfortable and central to everything. A very short walk to beaches, grocery stores, main street and Heisler Park. Neighborhood is very quiet with other really nice houses and the people are friendly. Make sure to see all of the hidden beaches north and south of Main Beach.
