1 Br efficiency nautical themed with queen bed and pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower. Beautiful balcony over looking the pool. Laundry room located on property. 2nd story condo. Flat screen TV with dvd. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Many outdoor grills located on property. This condo is located on scenic 30A with short walks to many shops and restaurants. Bike and chair/umbrella rentals available. No Cleaning fees:). I live close by and clean it myself.

Must be 25 y/o or older to reserve.

The condo is exactly as listed and very clean. It is so nice to find pet friendly units so close to the beach! Teri is very responsive and easy to work with. I will definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

This is a perfect location and very clean. It’s a 5 minute drive from Seaside and a 5 minute walk to the nearest public beach access. The host Teri was very friendly and always responded quickly. Very clean & the perfect setup. We will definitely be returning.

Spring Break Relaxing Getaway

My friends and I (and our dog) had a wonderful stay! The location was wonderful. It was the perfect spot for easy access to the beach. The host was so kind and friendly as well! Definitely would come back!

Perfect for couples!

It's sometimes difficult to find a smaller place that's pet-friendly in vacation areas. As an older couple, we don't need sleeping space for 12! This property was perfect: a small studio apartment with a completely equipped kitchen, surprisingly large bathroom, and a balcony. In addition to a pool on site, it's just across 30A from the beach. The property was neat and clean and smelled good! The host was very responsive, getting back to me within minutes when I had a question. It's an easy mile walk to the center of Seaside and a mile in the other direction to the new shopping/hangout area of the Greenway--and there are multiple stores and restaurants along the way of those walks. We'd definitely stay again.

Weekend stay

The place was perfect for what we needed. We were there for a wedding. The condo had cooking supplies which we used, and it was very clean. The location was amazing! Super close walking distance to public beach access. The host was also great and gave us the opportunity to check in early if needed! Would stay here again for the price/location!

Great stay

The unit was clean and had plenty of amenities to make a great stay. Teri was responsive and easy to connect with. The property is relaxed and in a perfect location. We were happy it was dog-friendly too. The condo was much bigger than we expected. Literally across the street from the Pelayo beach access and a stroll to Cafe Thirty-A and other businesses. Definitely recommend booking this property with Teri.
