Quiet,large, comfortable & with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking
This home is between Baker and Ekalaka, situated on nice property with the opportunity to see great sunsets. The family and their pets are quite friendly. It was a perfect place to rest after visiting with family and doing on day trips in the area.
Loved the walk-in shower, comfortable beds and having 2 tables for our laptops. Wifi was great.
We would stay here again.
Plenty of space to kick back and relax after a full day of hunting. Cell service is lacking in most areas around there but the WiFi worked perfectly and we were able to communicate through that. Linda was great trying to help organize a "rescue party" when we managed to slide off the side of a "gumbo mud" road. The sunrise is spectacular from inside having coffee but you'll want to step outside to take in the entire view. If I ever make it back out there, I'll be contacting Linda again.
This is our 6th time staying here, and it has really started to feel like home. They seem to have thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. We love the open floor plan layout and location. Most of all, we have really grown to appreciate Jay, Linda and their family. They are quick to respond to questions or needs, and they are genuinely some of the kindest people I have met. Our group of 5 people slept comfortably and had plenty of room. We will absolutely be back. They have made adjustments to accommodate no contact and sanitizing due to COVID.
Great place. Spacious and comfortable. We fell in love with Jack the Cowdog.

Beautiful, quiet, private, and relaxing!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Baker. The Yost family was super accommodating, including having age specific toys and supplies available for our 18 month old. Communication was immediate and friendly. The home is beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and very comfortable - we left feeling very refreshed and relaxed. We're already telling our friends and family about our wonderful stay, and certainly hope to be back ourselves!
