Cozy Beach Escape Home!

My name is Jamie and I am the proud owner of this cozy townhome!

This beautiful end unit town home is located less than 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach. This is a three bedroom, 2 full bath unit. The prime location of the townhome allows easy access to shops, grocery stores, a wide selection of food choices and restaurants. The townhome has brand new furnishings in 2017 along with new hardwood floors, carpet and other updates. The home has a daybed with trundle, a queen pull out couch, a full side bunk bed with trundle and king bed in the master. The home setup is as follows: 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is s full bath located on each floor.
The master has a king size bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a full size bunkbed with trundle. The downstairs bedroom is a day bed with trundle and the living room couch converts to a queen pullout.
The unit does have a washer/ dryer.

There is also a community pool accessible with a provided key. There are also two front door assigned parking spaces.

The location is right off Wrightsville Ave. minutes from anything a Wilmington visitor might want to experience.
The unit is in Wrightsville Place, about 1 mile from Dockside and about 2.5 miles from the beach.

The property was perfect for our needs, which was only for a few days to visit our son. Location was good....just a quick drive to nearby grocery store/Target to get a few things. Early November, so being at a place on the beach wasn't essential, but it was still a quick drive to get there. Communication with the owner was great. Plenty of space for us to enjoy for a few days, and was clean.

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Not far from Wrightsville Beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We really appreciated all of the beach gear. Great communication with the property manager. Our family really enjoyed our time in Wilmington.

The home was wonderful! Stayed four nights visiting family in the area. Felt welcomed as soon as we entered the front door. Inside was very clean and supplies well stocked. Quiet, well-lit neighborhood located near Mayfaire. Jamie responded very quickly to all messages and texts, both before and during our stay. We look forward to booking again when we visit Wilmington next time.

We did enjoy our stay here! Very pretty and spacious. Was a little disappointed in the back yard area as it did not match the pictures at all or have a light and that was an area we had planned on utilizing. Other than that we were pleased and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Jamie’s place is amazing; quaint neighborhood, five minutes from the beach, tons of places to eat nearby, and she is a great host. Her place is the perfect accommodation for any group.

Nice home with a great location!

We stayed in this unit over the summer. We loved the location and its proximity to downtown, restaurants and the beach. The unit was clean and was well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed our visit and would consider renting again in the future.

We had a good stay at the Cozy Beach Home in Wilmington. This is conveniently located close to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. The home also offers access to a pool during the summer months. The kitchen is well stocked and the surrounding community is very well maintained. There are some improvements that can be made to the property, including replacing a noisy ceiling fan in the primary, an oversized ceiling fan that poses a safety hazard to occupants swishing to use the bunkbed located in one bedroom, a better organized laundry, including mounting the closet doors on the laundry closet, a better mattress in the primary, and bedroom closets that do not contain hockey sticks, fishing, rods, and miscellaneous other items. The cleaning staff could also do a better job of ensuring there aren’t any cobwebs in light fixtures, especially over the dining area.

Wilmington Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at Jaimie's condo. It was the perfect location for our activities and Jaimie worked through a difficult situation to make sure the condo was ready for us. The condo has everything you could need and is in a wonderful neighborhood!

Great Spot For Beach or Town

This condo is centrally located between the beach and town of Wilmington. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. There are rooms upstairs and downstairs if you needed space. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

Cozy beach getaway was a very nice place to stay. The furnishings were very nice and the place was very clean. It was in a convenient location to shops and restaurants and the beach was not very far away. Also the complex was quiet. There were toys provided for young children also. We would stay there again! Exactly as advertised. Clean and very well appointed. Check-in process was an absolute breeze Very comfortable for me, my wife, and two daughters. Great location with easy access to beach and UNCW. Quite at night with comfortable beds. Would definitely book again and recommend without hesitation.

Well decorated, great location and family fun!

It was a great place for my family of 4 and our friends. Things could have been a little more organizes around the house and in the kitchen, lots of plates, way to may pots and pans but not enough silverware. Found some popcorn in a bed and maybe freshen up the towels . The neighborhood pool was amazing and my family spent may hours there. It was close to the beach and easy to get anywhere.

Wouldn’t Rent This Unit Again.

Advertised rental fees have added fees tacked on. The rental fee advertised should include all the extra add-ons. Whoever is “cleaning” the unit is doing very poor job. If our wives had made the trip, they would have called for a cleaning crew. Clumps of hair imbedded in dust/dirt around the baseboards in the upstairs bathroom. Debris was on the stairs leading to the second floor (didn’t look vacuumed). The master bed comforter had light/dark areas that looked like stains or Clorox blotches. The bottom of the kitchen sink stopper was covered with slick black mold. The bottom of a kitchen drawer was smeared with an orange sticky dried concoction that looked like a mixture created from opened condiment packs. The overall impression was that the unit has not been adequately cleaned for some time. I wouldn’t rent this unit again.
