This bluff property is home to a 2400 sq. ft. custom 3-bed/3½ bath house that can accommodate up to 8 people and is close to Homer. Each bedroom has an incredible view, its own bathroom, and has either 2 single or 1 king-sized bed so it can accommodate couples or singles. It has a 180-degree view of Kachemak Bay and the Alaskan Mountain range. Its large yard has a fire pit and picnic table as well as a big deck with a Weber Grill. Inside its open floor plan is a comfortable place to enjoy each other’s company.

Because I've rented many houses that include very little, this house is super stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including coffee, flour, sugar, spices, and detergent. Linens, towels, laundry soap, and shampoo are also provided.

This is an amazing spot; quiet, private yet close to town with an awesome view!

The home was clean and the kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the views of the ocean and volcanoes were spectacular! I would definitely recommend. The host reached out to us the first day to ask if we needed anything so that was nice.

Beautiful views and location on the grey cliffs outside of Homer. Easy access to downtown and the spit. lots of room for a large family. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Raven. It’s views, comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness were outstanding. It’s convenient to Homer and so quiet. Everything at "The Raven" is exactly as described. Plenty of space both inside and outside the house. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved everything about the house and the location. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. It is a very short drive to Homer but the view from the house is worth the drive. Such a great rental!!

Why they chose this property

I built this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath house on an amazing bluff lot that shows any occupant the outright raw beauty that Alaska has to offer. It sits above Kachemak Bay and you can see the expanse of the Bay and Cook Inlet to the incredible Alaska Mountain Range on the other side. There's no property like it!
