The home was clean and the kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the views of the ocean and volcanoes were spectacular! I would definitely recommend. The host reached out to us the first day to ask if we needed anything so that was nice.

Everything at "The Raven" is exactly as described. Plenty of space both inside and outside the house. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Approximately 15 minutes to the Spit.The owner is very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Thank you for allowing us to be your guest at your lovely home on the bluff!

This house is fabulous! Unbelievable view. We could see four of Alaska's 'Ring of Fire's volcanos from the deck on a clear day. The rooms are large and comfortable, the owner kept in touch by text to make sure we were enjoying our stay.The location is very convenient to Homer and the Homer Spit. We hiked, we kayaked among icebergs in Grewingk Glacier Lake with a beautiful view of the glacier, we took a boat to Seldovia, watched the fishermen coming back with their catch of the day, alwe ate great food (we highly recommend The Twisted Goat for dinner), enjoyed shopping on the spit and we saw two cow moose, each with two ca

Family trip to Homer

Our second time to stay at The Raven while visiting Homer with family. The house is large enough to accommodate multiple family members with separate bedrooms/bathrooms for each. It’s only a short 6 minute drive to Homer and has some of the best views from the house and deck! We did excursions with Capt. Daniel (Homerfishing.com) and he did an amazing job again. Definitely recommending The Raven to all our friends when they go to Homer!

Amazing house, amazing view

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Raven. It’s views, comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness were outstanding. It’s convenient to Homer and so quiet. Christie was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This has been our favorite house we’ve stayed in on our Alaska vacation. It’s awesome!!

A great place!

Great house, amazing view, and good hosts. I must admit that i didn't communicate much with the host, but I didn't need to. They reached out shortly after the reservation and asked how they could set the bedrooms up to accommodate us. When we arrived everything was as requested, ans expected. A very good experience.

Great location and view!

Beautiful views and location on the grey cliffs outside of Homer. Easy access to downtown and the spit. lots of room for a large family. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful house with an incredible view

Our stay at Christie’s home was amazing. It’s the perfect place for a few couples or group of friends traveling together. The home is very spacious with great zones for relaxing and cooking. The real gem is the expansive view from the master bedroom, living area and deck. Quiet and lovely. Exactly what I hoped for!

Best stay of our trip!

I didn't want to leave! The house is beautiful, the property is beautiful, the views are indescribable! We saw eagles, ptarmigan, a mama moose and her two babies, and whales breaching in the ocean. I could have sat on that back deck for the entire week we were there. The only thing I would want is a couple of bath mats for the shower and tub. They were very slippery.

I built this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath house on an amazing bluff lot that shows any occupant the outright raw beauty that Alaska has to offer. It sits above Kachemak Bay and you can see the expanse of the Bay and Cook Inlet to the incredible Alaska Mountain Range on the other side. There's no property like it!
